I absolutely LOVE the workouts, coaches and supportive people at OTF in Murphy! They make everyone feel welcome and important no matter where you are in your fitness level. All of those elements are what get me there on a Monday morning!

Two words: it works! My wife joined before I did and tried to convince me, for months, to join as well. I resisted because I had the impression that it was just like the fitness classes at the popular gyms (I had tried kickboxing at lifetime, once). I was looking to tone up and reverse the muscle loss that begins at middle age... After almost a year of regular otf, I am very happy with the results. Best of all, this is one regimen I feel I can keep for life... each class is slightly different and challenging so never gets boring, and the coaches rock! If you're on the fence, get off your butt and try one class, for free. Thank me later :)

I joined OTF Murphy after a co-worker shared her experience. I tried out the free trial class (basically a full class) to see if I would like it. Not only did I like it, I loved it! It was always a struggle for me creating a routine in the gym. I was unmotivated because I had no direction. I would sit at the machines and free weights having no clue what to do. I love OTF because, for a gym, the staff is very hospitable. The coaches are personable. I'm pretty quiet, so I do keep to myself, but they acknowledge each and everyone in the class. The gym is clean. I like the technology. I love the workouts. Weights and cardio every class and no workout I have gone to has been the same. The MUSIC is great. Makes a big difference. The gym also provides equipment for those with orthopedic issues. After joining OTF Murphy, my self-esteem has improved and I feel great because I know that I will see results. My goal is to tone, and so far I'm feeling it.

I have been trying to figure out the best way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This is the place to get you on the right track. I can’t get into a routine with a regular gym by myself. And having great staff has made it a difference from other locations. The instructors are caring and really want to get you toward your goals. The group of people who attend at this location are like family and it’s been everything I can ask for. If your looking for a place to continue a healthy lifestyle. This is the place for you.

OTF Murphy is the BEST! From the moment you walk through the front door you can feel the upbeat energy of the entire staff! The coaches motivate you to be your very best! They know your name and also keep a close eye on you and take notice if you are struggling. They don’t call you out or embarrass you. They take the time to make sure you are doing the rower or weight exercises properly. They switch up the classes each day so the workouts vary. Everyone should at least take advantage of any free class offers. During the week the first class is usually 4:30 am and the last class is usually 7:30 pm. And they have some weekend classes! No excuses! You will not be disappointed! It’s like a Lays potato chip or tattoo...you can’t stop at just one!

I love the efficiency, focus, and ability to push to the 'best of my own ability'. Great workout, great energy!

I liked the personal attention of the trainer to ensure the workout is done correctly, but that I’m not the sole focus. I also like that the workouts change.
