I have been visiting this gym for about a year( started with (youfit). Alicia at the front desk is amazing! Her personality, professionalism, excellent customer service skills are outstanding! When I walk in and she’s not there, it’s just not the same! I hope your company realizes what a gem you have in Alicia! Employees like her are far and very few!

Love the gym great equipment. Staff is awesome and make me excited to go to they gym every day. The people here are also awesome, everyone here is motivated and encourage each other to keep going.

Retro Fitness has done a lot to clean up the old YouFit Richardson location. Plumbing problems are gone and machines and workout rugs are new and clean.But being greeted with Alicia’s smile is what keeps us coming back. An excellent people person who is hardworking and fixes any problem quickly and cheerfully. Hey management, she’s a keeper—don’t ever let her get away.

This place is awesome. The front desk is very attentive and helpful around the clock. Their smoothie skills are always excellent and more consistent than smoothie king. Highly recommend this facility. Julio is the best! :)

Very comfortable and spacious gym! Has everything you need to get in a good workout with all updated equipment and a smoothie bar when you’re done.
