We love acac, gym, group classes and all, BUT kids zone is a disaster! Every time I drop off my 7 year old son and go to pick him up , there’s no one upstairs to watch older kids, 3-4 people downstairs chatting and totally ignoring kids on second floor! We complained couple times but I guess kids zone isn’t their priority….

I really like the family swim area and we just signed up for the outdoor pool membership.My only complaint is with an older guy that works the front desk. He is extremely rude and not competent at all.We invited guests to swim ( guest pass ) and he was ready to charge me for three memberships.Your front desk is the key to your business.Otherwise is very family friendly.

I was meeting with the nurse at ACAC about my progress in the P.R.E.P. program suggested by my doctor. Dan's great. Very helpful, friendly and patient.

ACAC is a beautiful, well managed , clean facility. I particularly enjoy the aquatic facility with its numerous pools and my grandchildren benefit from the Summer Camp every year. They have fun events all year long ie special events for holidays like Halloween, New Years First Day 5K,, etc. Its like a family environment away from home.

Employees very nice but one gave me a screwy look. Life guards are great and life guarding. Lots of cracked glass though near the pool. Could be nicer.

Best clay courts in Bon Air and overall tennis facility in Richmond. Great staff, amenities and coaches / lessons / clinics / leagues. A very tennis centric club; it is awesome.

The employees here sexualized and kicked my 15 year old niece kicked out for wearing a sports bra top and loose flowy pants on the basketball court. She had maybe two inches of skin showing between her shirt and pants and the employees were degrading and horrible. Just a kid trying to have some fun. Disgusting.
