Very good place to work out. Sometimes it is way to packed like 6pm dont even try going. Parking lot seems sketch but I haven't seen any break ins. Good staff

Terrible service, they won’t cancel my membership and I keep getting charged 35$ and getting a refund or any kind of help at all is a struggle. I do not recommend this gym or franchise at all. I’ve went to get help Atleast 4-5 times on my membership and refunds each visit only last 5 mins at most and being sent away with no idea why I’m being charged or whether my membership will be cancelled or not.

Nice staff. Ghetto members hog machines and camp while on their phones. Major lack of gym etiquette. Restroom looks new but is one of the most disgusting pf restrooms I have ever seen and trust I have seen MANY.

I have been member here since 2016 . I have always loved this place . There this guy at 4 , i have been noticing this guy . He has made us feel really bad . We feel like he ignores us, i do not know why. He greets and talks to everyone except for me n my friend. I went and greeted good morning my self but he ignored me . And there was this white guy behind me , he wished him without that guy greeting him. It felt really bad . I asked him few question , he wouldn’t answer first, i asked him several time , than he answered at the third time , that too it was all incorrect, because just to make sure i asked another team member and she said something else and she helped me with all things that i needed. This places says judgement free but i have never felt this type of racism in my lifetime. I feel like i am loosing touch with planet fitness.

Customer service could use some improvement. I come 3 to 4 times a week and I might be greeted once a week.....and that's being nice. Gym is very spacious with all kinds of equipment that you need to fulfill your workout. Locker room for Men are clean and tidy considering the amount of guys that use them.

I've been to a lot of 24 hour fitness and even worked in some, but I never felt more comfortable in gym than this one. Lots of space, machines, equipment and a few other fancy things. Today is barely gonna be my second day going and i cant wait, and the locker room/showers are clean and well maintained. Im definitely showering there tonight after my workout!

One of the best place to make yourself healthy..Healthy environment..People coming here are friendly and helpful..Most of the time i do cardio and stretching which is great..there is also massage service....There are lots a machine so i don’t need to wait...Staff at the front desk are very helpful..I really enjoy this place..

Fully equipped with awesome staffs. I have been to many other location of planet fitness but this one in richmond is cool than many other. They got huge space inside. Restroom are clean and got plenty of parking space.
