After signing up for a membership today With Marco. I ended up canceling a few minutes later because I wasn't vaccinated. FYI, I just moved to this county. Marco told me to call back a few hours later to make sure my membership was canceled. I called back got on the phone with Daniel he ended up hanging up on me after expressing my frustration about me having to come back into the office to cancel my membership when I was already there. It is so unprofessional to hang up on someone and will be reporting him to corporate. He has the ardacity to say that the phone call dropped.

They are stealing my money! When covid-19 hit they closed. I was never notified about reopening nor was I asked if I still wanted to stay a member. In March my checking account was overdrawn and when I I checked my account Planet Fitness charged my account for 3 memberships. When I called I was told I have to go into their facility and request to have my account reviewed for a possible refund. I work 10 hrs a day and I cannot just stop by. My other option was to send a certified letter to request a refund and cancellation. Why should I have to pay to have that done. I spoke with a different person, the manager and he said he could request a refund. Here it is June, they have charged my account each month for 3 memberships at $24 x 3. Very clean and like 2 minutes wait to get in.. Nice staff... Plenty of machines to work out and plenty of space ... 👍 I've being attending all week in different schedules and is great. I'll take a rest this weekend but Ill be back for more on Monday. Lol …

Gym kept closing and i was told not to come then charged for 4 mos without my knowledge. Now I receiving all the tactics to ensure i wont get refunded. 10 years with Planet Fitness all over California. Only bad experience. Still working on my refund. Im never using PF again

This place has staff that disagrees on policies, does not accommodate people who are just trying to come in for a workout, and does not know how to handle customers with care and welcome. It's a bit sad that businesses like this stay in business. Just have to do my part and warn the crowd. I was originally okay with the fact that there are so many limits on gym equipment but the service is pretty horrible. I was originally going to name the staff member's name but apparently she writes rude notes in all caps to herself too, so I'll just let that one slide. Anyway, I cancelled this place after they already charged me for an annual fee.

UPDATED 6/30/2021 - I have noticed a significant change in how COVID protocols are handled. Please note that there is a mask required sign in the front, so please do so. The staff are wonderful people, and are always willing to help. Very attentive and kind!Want to not wear a mask? Come here...the staff doesn’t mind. They’re great people and all, but they really need to be more vigilant of what’s going on around the gym area. Most of the staff are on their phones at the front desk or walk around the edges of the gym. Two stars because the machines seem to be well maintained; rarely do I come across a broken machine here. The bathroom and changing area are also very clean. I hate writing reviews, but I also hate bringing this up to management countless times.

This was my first PF I was a member to before they sprouted around.Staff welcoming, facility clean for being in between the hours which I think are peak (late afternoon), older machines but still does the job, and what I always look forward to….WARM showers! Does not take time to run the water to warm up.

Great gym for the value. Clean facility, decent staff and open at 4:am when I need it to be! Wish they had a spin bike though

For the price, this place cant be beat. Sure they might not be the newest or nicest, but overall it's a pretty great Gym. Like the no pressure workout environment that doesnt cater to meatheads.

It gets points for being newer and more spacious than most PFs, though many members here have terrible gym ettiquete when it come to hogging machines and weights. Free weights end up scattered all over the gym and I have never seen employees do a sweep to collect them while I have been here.
