After having tried several beginner classes - and feeling like yoga wasn't going to be for me - my husband and I decided to try private lessons. After doing some searching, I connected with The Yoga Dojo - and I'm so glad I did! Our instructor, Meg, has been wonderful. She's worked with us to modify poses, and even given us some basic mobility exercises to help us reach the point where a beginner class won't seem too challenging. She's worked around my osteoporosis and made sure that the movements we do feel safe as well as being effective. I highly recommend Meg and The Yogo Dojo!

I love this place! The decor is so warm and inviting and truly feels like a safe space. I took a Vin/Yin class with Corey and it was the perfect mix of active movement and then relaxed poses. She offered lots of modifications throughout the class and made it feel like a nonjudgemental and body positive place. I can’t wait to come back!

I am so grateful to have found the Yoga Dojo I have found tremendous healing from PTSD and trauma with the variety and blend of classes. I also had a 1 on 1 trauma informed yoga practice with Lauren that was super therapeutic for my daughter and myself. Corey is one of my favorite instructors!!! I love her flow and instructions. I have found the restorative yin class to be one of my favorite classes. The deep and long stretches have really opened up my hips and legs which seem to have been the hardest to unlock!! Brought 2 friends and they are hooked too! Oh and of purse the studio is breathtaking!
