I used to take classes w/ Adrian since before he and the team started the Yoga Dojo. This first time I came into the studio I was smiling so wide. The beautiful space/lotus mural, the amazing teachers (Carlina, Olivia and Samantha - ya'll rule) and the focus on inversions make this a top notch studio. I'm not as advanced as many of the regulars, but I have kept coming back to the Dojo, especially since Corona made zoom classes available. I'm able to keep progressing and focus on my internal self through the virtual classes, which I highly recommend! Starting my day with a 7am yoga class is the best way to start my day. Shoutout to the new Meridian therapy classes too! I relieved a ton of neck pain just with 2 classes. 🥰

Lovely place with a little outdoor space in the summer. Fantastic handstand teacher. There are also a great back-bending class and animal movement class. And of course lots of Yoga.

Great place for an invigorating yoga. Fun and well paced rocket yoga for anyone interested in yoga or seasoned practitioners. If you’re interested in hand balancing you will see improvement very quickly. Informative instruction and a great crew!

This is by far the best yoga instruction I've ever received!. I leave each class leaps and bounds past where I was in my self practice. The instructors and fellow yogis are amazing, and studio itself is super calming, spacious, and right in Scott's Addition!

I am having so much fun here! Rocket yoga always sounded super intimidating to me, but its really just like adult playtime. The instructors are so nurturing, and professional, and for me the location in Scott's Addition is ideal, a block away from my office. I think i have found my yoga home! :)
