Elite Physique Gym

Never had a negative experience with Elite since they've opened. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. This really is Rio Rancho's cleanest gym. It is refreshing walking in and the equipment is great too.

Elite Physique is hands down the cleanest gym I’ve EVER been to. The staff thrives to achieve world class service with every member every day. the equipment is top of the line and always in perfect working condition.While I can go on and on about the perks, the top two??? It’s 24/7 and LOCALLY OWNED and OPERATED.If you’re looking for a place to become the best version of yourself, Elite Physique is the place for you!!!

Elite Physique is my happy place. The staff is efficient and very friendly. It is a gym for all age groups and the members are so respectful. The gym is clean, and I feel safe. I have a physical challenge and the staff is always willing to accommodate my needs. My personal trainer is Ken and he is the best.

I used to go to Planet fitness and regret the change to Elite.I used to have 24 hours access, free hair cuts and free classes from a trainer. Initially joined Elite because my siblings and friends go there but after signing up for their VIP contract, I regret it. Sure, there's a free consultation with a professional who can help guide you but after that the classes cost additional fee's and I only have 24 hour access, something that's only 10$ a month at Planet fitness. My main issue is the buyout fee which at the time I lasted asked about it, was 200$. I can't currently afford to pay the buyout fee so I'm stuck paying late fee's on top of the regular 48$ monthly. I don't understand why my siblings pay a premium to attend this gym.

The best gym I've been to in my area. Very friendly and welcoming ... and definitely the cleanest gym... I am very impressed with how clean everything is kept , clean towels and bottles of disinfectant for the members to use always . My favorite place to go and workout.

I was hooked the moment I walked into the door!! From the front desk to the elite level trainers and owners, they all make you feel welcome! Excellent small group classes that push you to be better! The trainers are exceptional and what makes this gym stand out above the rest. I am more than just a member here!! I would highly recommend this gym to everyone!! Keep it up!!!

Best gym in Rio Rancho.❤ We love the wide variety of equipment and classes. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and helpful.The rest of the staff is great too especially at the day care where our son loves going.

The feeling of success, security and family is well spoken here. Not only the quality workout equipment and talented trainers! I mean, also, by means of the members private entrance as well as the well sized daycare. I was not disappointed! My only vice is the distance for me to travel there.

This gym has terrible management and customer service skills. They do not take customers complaints and safety into any consideration. When we expressed our concern we were told multiple times a manager would get back to us. No manager ever would call us back to hear our concerns. This went one for over a month. Our family finally cancelled our membership and went elsewhere.3/19/19 With all do respect Anita you were the manager that failed to call us back with our situation escalated to you. We personally spoke to you and you never called us back nor returned our calls when we inquired why we were not contacted.

This is the most comfortable gym I have ever been to. It is like being with family. There are no games being played, just a bunch of people working on improving themselves and offering encouragement to each along the way! Love it!
