This is a great yoga studio. The instructors are great. I really like Kristen's Yin Sound Bath sessions . Hope to get back to them soon. They are very relaxing and she is super talented. The reason for four stars and not 5 is that I wish they had more Yin and restorative classes. At this stage in my life, these yoga forms are what works for me. Also, their pricing changed and I couldn't justify paying for a membership . Love the studio though!

I was looking for a new yoga home after moving to the area and didn’t need to look further :) Vivify is such a welcoming community and each of the instructors have their own special shine. Highly recommend this studio for any level yogi!

Really amazing community of yogis and great teachers! The classes are hot so you will get your sweat on! There are a few classes that are slower paced and warm as well. This place is just amazing!
