I haven't been doing personal training with Jeremiah for very long, but the results that I've seen are beyond me. He is wonderful to work with and incredibly friendly! Sometimes, I feel like I'm not making much progress, then I see these photos side by side and realize that I've come so far with the help of my trainer and simply just the environment of Gotime. I always feel like going to the gym is TRULY judgment-free and the demographic there is friendly and encouraging. If you're looking for a gym that will keep you coming back longer than the new years resolution, go here. First time I've ever stuck to fitness and I've tried many times. A++

This gym is a gem. The owner is young, friendly and interactive with members. All the staff are helpful and considerate. If you are coming in as a beginner, this gym is a perfect fit. If you are coming in with experience, be open minded. Some of the equipment will seem a little odd at first, there is a lot of emphasis on free range of motion. If you are looking for a nurturing, judge free environment, this gym is for you. If you don't care and just want to get in and out without the hassle that a packed walmart gym brings, this place is also for you.

Very well maintained gym all the equipment is very clean. I am definitely a fan of the kettle bell class they have on Saturday always a blast to participate in.
