I have been emailing Elite since February to cancel one of my memberships on my family account and they have just ignored me. At I went in to the gym and they said they only can cancel memberships via email. Then finally they responded about 2 or 3 weeks ago for proof of the communications I sent so I sent them all of them. Now the are ignoring me again. In the communication in April I asked for all of my memberships to be canceled if this is how they are going to do business. The reason I am giving a one star is that I just got charged again for the memberships I canceled in February. Don’t trust this company they won’t stop charging you if you want to cancel.

Elite Physique Gym is a gym like no other! The equipment is high quality. They have a great range of weights and equipment. Their classes are a lot of fun and have taught me a lot. The environment is very friendly and clean. I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff or other members. Everyone is very helpful in any situation. The 24/7 access has been a huge benefit while juggling school and work. I have been to many gyms but this one stood out because it was never busy! I have come between 4pm - 7 pm and I am able to complete my workout with no trouble.

I've been calling this gym to get some questions answered about joining, but I either get no answer or someone does pick up and then hangs up. Super annoying.

Absolutely loved the facility! Hands down one of the best places to go to if you are in the area or Albuquerque in general. Wide range of free weights and machines. I was there during "prime time" and I was able to complete my routine without any issue.

Was visiting family and just needed to work out a couple of times while I was there. The facility was great and the staff was very accommodating. Would definitely go again and recommend it to others.

Elite Physique is my favorite gym in New Mexico. They provide a wide array of equipment that allows you to perform any modality of training such as powerlifting, crosstraining, and bodybuilding. They even have the rare vertical leg press which is always fun to use on a leg day! The environment is unique and welcoming with staff members ready to help answer any questions you might have, to personal trainers who are dedicated to serving the members and pushing them to surpass their fitness goals. If you are looking for an amazing gym to call your 2nd home, I highly recommend Elite Physique.
