Programs are well composed, if you’re looking for changes this is a great place to achieve them. I was hesitant to hire an online personal trainer, but Brent has been incredibly helpful, present, and professional. Definitely recommend!

As a yoga instructor, it’s important to me the personal trainer or program I work with has a strong understating of anatomy and kinesiology. Brent’s knowledge and education in yoga as well as functional fitness has proven to be exactly what I needed to move with more confidence and less discomfort. The skills and cues he provides are easily transferable into daily life. His program is easy to use and provided me what I needed to deepen my yoga practice with ease. I would recommend any one of Iron Oak’s online training programs or in-person sessions to anyone wanting to invest in their fitness and take their health to the next level.

Absolutely love Iron Oak's online programs! I started with the Blocks and now I'm doing The Bricks program and I've enjoyed the entire journey.I always had trouble sticking to a gym routine because I didn't fully know what to do (not to mention an unhealthy diet), but the Iron Oak online programs & nutrition help guided me through and gained so much lean muscle since starting! Not to mention my back problems and poor posture have ceased. Best decision I ever made.

I'm currently running the muscle building program called "The Beams" and man... I've never made gains this caliber before. I've been going to the gym for a few years now, but I've never been able to conduct a proper bulk. So recently I was looking for a online personal trainer and I found Iron Oak Fitness. Brent makes me feel like I'm talking to a friend who wants the best for me. He listens my concerns and is there for me whenever I need a boost of motivation. Also I really enjoy the mobile fitness app, bc I can track my progress very easily and have my workouts layed out in a conveniet way. Ohh and about the nutrition. Previously it was hard for me to gain any weight - it was a BIG struggle. I was doing the workouts but didn't see any progress. Thanks to some guidance from Brent I got myself in a calories surplus and started gaining some serious amount of muscle. The best part about nutrition was learning about macro nutrients which helped me to make better decisions and understanding how can I make my diet sustainable and enjoyable. Thank you IronOak!:)

I started Iron Oak online personal training two months ago using their mobile training app and am seeing amazing results! The workouts are manageable, keep me engaged, and most importantly keep me motivated. I’m building muscle, losing fat, and their nutrition planning is superb. Highly recommend!!

As a physical therapist I have high standards for fitness apps and exercise routines. With Iron Oak I know that I can expect clear instruction on form and cues that emphasis injury prevention. Thank you Iron Oak Fitness, and especially Brent! I’ve used your mobile fitness app for 6 months, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I didn’t feel good in my own body- I felt small… I thought “Enough is enough! So 6 months ago I hopped on to one of the IronOak muscle building programs, and I’ve gained 10 pounds of muscle on my frame!!! Iron Oak Fitness has really hit the nail on the head when it comes to offering a virtual personal training program. I can’t put into words how highly I recommend this service for someone who wants to see results. Whether you’re getting started with your fitness journey or your a pro in the gym, there’s a program for you.All within the app, I’m sent my workouts for the week, complete with video explanations of how to perform the movements, which is super helpful when doing exercises that are new to me. I’m able to enter the weight, sets, and reps I perform for the exercises so that the next time I go to do that same exercise, I can see where I was the last time and able to increase it, helping me to become stronger over time.There’s also so much flexibility with the diet. Rather than telling you what you can and cannot eat, Iron Oak Fitness provides you with what you need to know about nutrition, how to determine your necessary calorie intake and macronutrient consumption for your individual fitness goals.These here are my before and after photos from my first 12 week program. I’m much more toned with less body fat and more muscle mass. I’m so happy with these results! Not even two weeks later and I started my second 12 week program because I was missing it so much. Excited to see where Iron Oak Fitness can take me next!

Love the workouts! Having the workouts come to my app everyday is great so I can see what is coming up and then checking off each move as I complete it! The best part is having the videos to do you the form and move! Highly recommend!!
