I’ve been working with Brent for the last couple months and couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable, kind, and motivating personal trainer. He knows what he’s doing, how to lay out what needs to be done, and in making people feel challenged in his programs while still understanding just what is needed and expected of them. I’ve seen significant improvement in physique even in my few months and am excited to continue to work with Brent as I know it’s only up from here. Highly recommend his thorough and affordable programming.

I have had the best experience with iron oak fitness! The app is set up perfectly, easy to follow while also very informative. I have learned so much in just a couple months. As a 63 year old physician, I was hesitant to return to training after a long year of gym closures, stress-eating, and a flare-up of some back issues that have bothered me since my 30's. My wife initiated my training sessions with Brent, and I can only say that the 6 weeks of training has been transformative and remarkable. I have worked with trainers before, and have spent countless hours in the gym for 50 some years, but had never been introduced to the amazing techniques that Brent Williams incorporates in his training regimen. He was quick to identify my weaknesses and areas of strength imbalance. He instituted a program of nutrition, active stretching and strength training that already have helped me reach goals that frankly I never could have imagined. Brent has the outstanding ability to coach me in attaining a mind-muscle connection that has improved my posture, helped my back issues, and has me set up to achieve some fitness goals that are impressive. Brent has formulated the perfect workout program that holds you both accountable and provides you with the independence to complete them at your own convenience. It is completely attainable and the stepwise approach allows you to feel your body strengthen from week to week. I would highly recommend this program to anyone wanting to improve their overall health and fitness. I was referred to Iron Oak Fitness by a close friend. I am 49 years old, and was extremely out of shape and I am an insulin dependent diabetic. Only because of my weight and poor physical condition. I had some gym experience and have had back, shoulder, and bicep surgeries. I was very skeptical about hiring a trainer, but knew that I would want an in person experience. I was 264 lbs and I am 5’11’’.Brent met with me to setup a plan. He is very knowledgeable and extremely caring. I had some range of motion issues and pain in my shoulder when we started.Well, that was 5 months ago. Brent pushed me hard, but never past my limits. I lost a few pounds in the first couple of weeks, but he had me doing a little bit of everything in the gym. He knew exactly when to turn the dial and when I was ready to go all in.Brent has changed my life. I have laughed so much with him and have even cried on his shoulder.Well, today I have worked with Brent for 5 months. I have lost a total of 35 lbs. My waist has shrunk from a 40 to a 34. I actually have abs. I never dreamed I could look and feel like I do. I didn’t do it with keto or a crash diet. Brent has helped me change my lifestyle and we are now working on an an updated nutrition plan to help me lose another 15-20 lbs. I now know I can do it, but it would have never happened without Brent’s knowledge and dedication to my success. Acute awareness of form is Brent’s strong suit, which brings a unique and holistic approach to the workouts. Brent has a strong knowledge of the body’s structure, so the workouts feel very thoughtful and safe. He has helped me find integrity in exercise in a way that I hadn’t tapped into before and following the nutrition plan has kept me on track and losing inches! I highly recommend Brent’s program!

I completed my first 12 week program with Brent after feeling uninspired in the gym- as if I were doing the same workouts every day. I loved the diversity that Brent’s program offered, switching workouts up weekly while also cycling particular exercises back which allowed me to see my progression. I LOVE the app because it allows me to track and reference the weights I used the last time I did the exercise (no more carrying around a notepad!) and the embedded videos which show the correct form if I’m ever confused. I noticed a HUGE difference in my body and immediately signed up for another 12 week program. Thanks again, Brent! Your guidance has been revolutionary for my fitness programming!

I have been utilizing Iron Oak Fitness for the last couple of months and have been incredibly pleased with my results thus far! Brent was able to create a combination of at home exercises as well as exercises more specific for the gym to help me stay committed to my workout routine. As a nurse, I work 12 hour shifts and still would like to incorporate some exercise when I get home, so the combination and flexibility of his workouts have allowed me to stay consistent with my routine.The nutritional advice he provides has also proven very beneficial as my goal is to build muscle. He has clearly outlined the steps in his nutritional program to help me be successful with achieving not only my caloric goals but also helping me incorporate highly nutritious foods in creative ways.Brent also checks in with me on a regular basis to see how my training is going, ask if I have any questions or concerns, and help guide me with steps to enhance my routine and take it to the next level.I would absolutely recommend his programs to anyone needing guidance in the fitness/nutrition realm. I have prior training in health and wellness and have still learned so many great tips and tricks from Brent that have helped me push through my plateaus and meet my goals!

I don’t know where to begin when communicating how much Brent and the Iron oak program has transformed my life. I won’t bore you with the details of how pleased I am with my progress and physique, those things to me are truly an added bonus. The biggest win of being an Iron oak client for over two years is the discipline his program has taught me. I live a fast past, on the go lifestyle, Iron Oak fitness has taught me to take time for myself, do something for myself and improve myself on my terms. I will brag about one thing, my posture from his programming has been phenomenal and to me that foundation has been key to gaining over 15lbs of muscle, safely in my wellness journey. Lastly, Brent really takes the time to break things down and make it make sense, if you’re new to the gym, which I was when we started, this kind of patience is pivotal. Anyway, you’d be crazy not to invest in yourself with this program.
