Excellent staff!! Madison, Teresa, and Cassi are always helpful and welcoming. They work hard to keep the gym clean and handle any problems that come up. This team is the best in Roanoke!!

I don’t know if this place is dirty or if it’s the obvious homeless people with memberships to use the bathrooms/showers but I signed up for a membership and was finally able to come in this week, 3 days later I’m sick with a virus. No one else at home is sick and I haven’t gone anywhere else this week. I should’ve known cleanliness was not that great because it smelled horrible in that place, as soon as I walked in and people are obviously not using clean paper towels and fresh spray to wipe down machines after each use.

Good place to workout!, no real flat benches, and dumbells only go to 75lbs, but other than that good machines. Parking lot is usually packed and the cell phone store has a problem when you park in front of them although it is literally right beside planet fitness. 🤷♂️ if you drive a full size truck I recommend you park farther back in the old walmart lot.

The rates are great and I'd love to join, but I'm afraid it's a little too claustrophobic and crowded for me to work out without having an anxiety attack lol

Definitely one of the laid back planet fitness, sometimes planet fitness can be super into there Insaine rules but this one is actually friendly & pretty helpfull, good selection of equipment, & a GREAT Tanning/blackcard area, just not necessarily for the big guys/heavy lifters of the fitness world
