I have been a member of Planet Fitness for years and have been to quite a few of their locations but this PF was by far the best I’ve been to. Starting off, it’s the cleanest location I’ve been to and didn’t have that “gym” smell. Next I’d like to talk about how personable the staff is. I had forgotten to update my card info and they were more than happy to fix it for me. Not to mention they greeted me and told me to have a nice day when I left. And lastly, the manager(I think her name was Dez?) helped me locate my phone that I had laid down and walked off without. I searched all over and didn’t realize it had slid off into the floor. After about 15 minutes of searching, she finally found it!! Super appreciative of her to go out of her way like that! Great manager and staff! Again, best PF EVER.

I've been coming here for 5 months so far, and honestly, this is my favorite gym that I've EVER had a membership with. I love this gym!!! I've made so much progress here and have enjoy the atmosphere. Although some of the other gym goers can seem a little bit rude, we're all here for our reasons, so it doesn't really matter because you can get so much out of this facility. The staff are all wonderful, helpful, and kind!!! That's a plus. The equipment is great, and it's worth the drive to come here consistently. The membership is inexpensive for the amenities that you get from it. I also like the open hours throughout the week. Go to this gym, and you will seriously become a different person for the better. The environment and setup is 10/10.

My son had an issue with the Orange Ave location. Not only did they take $186 AFTER his wife cancelled MONTHS AGO, but after he complained, THEY MALICIOUSLY TOOK AN ADDITIONAL $25. The so-called manager, Teresa, is EXTREMELY RUDE. When I tried to call & settle the matter, she rudely interrupted me & hung up on me. I tried NUMEROUS TIMES to call back to get a resolution, only to be hung up on REPEATEDLY BY OTHER RUDE EMPLOYEES & finally told I was harassing them. IT ISN'T HARASSMENT WHEN YOU'RE TRYING TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE. CORPORATE HAS BEEN CONTACTED ABOUT THIS INCIDENT. I HOPE THAT LOCATION GETS SHUT DOWN
