First gym I have been to in 20 years. This was my second time there since joint. It wasn't overly crowded. It had all the equipment that was needed and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I enjoy it. Only downside is people do not wipe off the equipment. So I recommend cleaning it off before and after you use it. Other than that the environment is really nice and as advertised no judgements! They have showers and lockers as well. Open 24 hours except certain holidays they have special hours.

Planet Fitness...The air quality is pure. A well-ventilated place is a good temple for the mind and body...which you will be using a lot here. This place should have a warning honestly haha...I got SO fricken buff here just by looking at their equipment. The absolute Chad working the register gave me the confidence to finally ask that girl out. I will add to this review later if she ever actually responds to my email. The boys at the office are gonna love this one.

Clean, machines in good condition, but maintenance needs to fix missing parts in shower and the water heater. Temp was up and down the whole time. How exactly do I reach out to a member of your management team?

I like this Planet Fitness over the one at Towers. The current trainer is great and the staff is friendly. The GM, Heather, is amazing! She always welcomes me and makes me feel like I belong. She is always able to answer any questions I have. The only thing I don't like is when the district/regional guy is there. He never smiles and makes me feel like he is judging me and makes me feel uncomfortable and self-conscious. And I don't care for how I've heard him talk to the whole staff.

Always clean. Friendly associatesI have had to change my rating....still clean, still friendly, just did not care for their I don't care attitude when I called to inquire.I called today about a charge on my bank card that I was not expecting in the amount of $39.00....i am paying $20 and change monthly....so I am told the $39.00 is an annual membership fee. I pay $20.plus monthly for a membership fee, so why is there an additional fee? I now feel "not so happy" with this financial arrangement. I will be cancelling this membership.

Did have this location at 5 stars... now they have 2 broken massage chairs( for weeks now) and a maximum of 7 minutes on the hydrobed, doors falling off the stand up tanning beds. So, I will be downgrading from black to basic tonight. I mean what's the point of having black? Everything else is fine. I tried to cancel membership awhile back and was told id be charged 70$ . Sounds like a contract to me. Well my hydro massage is over...

The equipment Is nice its clean but lacking in how much equipment they have only one curl one preacher curl machine and only one chest fly. The only free wights they have are dumb bells. Its still great as a starter gym and if you are new to working out.

Amazing staff ( very polite, quick, and efficient at their job ), and an equally amazing selection of not only cardio machines, but also muscle machines. No matter how many people seem to be there at the same time as me, I never have a problem finding an open treadmill or chest press. It's a very clean facility, including the restroom. Definitely worth a membership.

The equipment is really great, and clean. It's a good place to go and work out, whether you want to lift weights or work on your abs, or if you just want to go on a slow walk on the treadmill. The prices are good for what you receive, HOWEVER my boyfriend and I got suckered into a membership that was a mistake. It was a $15 a month membership for the same thing as the normal $10 membership, but with a lower sign up fee. What we didn't realize at the time was that after we work out for a few months, we will have payed off that normal start up fee for the normal membership with the extra $5 we pay for our membership, and then we continue paying the extra $5 every month. We are new to using memberships, signing up for deals, since we just turned 18. I figure they saw us as a good target to try to wrap us into this stupid membership. They didn't explain the membership properly to us, and I feel like we were cheated a bit. We still havent been able to fix our membership, which if we can't fix the membership price since the details were not properly explained to me and my so, we may end our membership altogether. Hoping it can be fixed. Other than that membership detail, I love going to work out there.
