Awesome, highly motivational one-hour workouts, with a group coach model directing you through intervals of rower, treadmill, and floor/free weight training. Engaging, encouraging, helpful, friendly staff. Well-chosen music keeps up the energy, and they’ve just recruited Steve Aoki as Chief Music Officer. Associated phone app makes session scheduling very easy, and sends the event to your calendar.

Great, communicative staff. Been a member in a different location for a couple of years. Program is great and these folks run it perfectly. Were very accommodating to my schedule, had my paperwork ready, were available to answer questions and really handled every detail. The energy and friendliness was also fantastic. Highly recommend the program and this location.

I LOVE this place. The workouts are as intense as you’d like them to be but can be modified to your fitness level. The instructors are experts and always keep you motivated. And I’ve been able to stay in shape by one hour workouts 3-4 days a week. I got hooked five years ago and can’t imagine workout out anywhere else.

I would have given a positive review had this place been kind and professional. As a person of color and having some heath issues, I am brave enough to get out and go work out. Every day is struggle. I feel like this gym or this location caters to a more fair skinned clients than any other. It's sad that even after working out for more than 3 months here I have not been able to change my mind. While majority of the coaches here are nice and professional and very motivating, I can not say that about the front staff. They are very picky, disrespectful and not professional at all. I have never felt welcome by the front staff except the first day of me joining the class. I would ask them to be more courteous and listen to your clients. There are many different studios which are better at a lower price. Keeping a client is more important I believe.

After graduating college, I didn’t know how to form a new workout routine that fit with my busy work schedule. OTF made me accountable to myself, the benchmark challenges and HR monitoring let me see my improvements and set new goals every day. The coaches, staff, and members are all incredible! I have noticed such an improvement in my physical and mental health since I’ve joined OTF. So happy to be a member of OTF rochester

I love this workout program because it is scheduled and you know it will be one hour. It is mindless in that you do not have to think about what exercises to do and for how long, it is already all planned out for you. The music is energizing and all the coaches so far have been very helpful, friendly, and motivating. It is a challenging, different, and great workout every session!

It feels like being on a sports team! I didn't realize how much I'd missed the team workout atmosphere until I tried out your workout! My coach was awesome, checked in on my form and how I was doing a couple times doing the workout, and was really encouraging as well. I loved not having to think about what to do, just follow directions. The whole experience was very positive, and I am still sore 2 days later!

I love how each day the workout is different, accompanied by great music and wonderful, upbeat instructors. I always feel like I have gotten a good workout and am focused on what I am doing. The desk managers are personable, friendly, and always trying new incentives. The class schedule is great for working members, too.

I love this workout!! I look forward to it! It's group exercise but with a trainer who keeps you going and motivated. I'm not a runner but I love the treadmill part of this 3 part workout. It's mind set for me. I can do a 60 second push pace or 90 seconds knowing that in 15 seconds I've got 60 seconds coming to recover. Your trainer is telling you this- so in my mind I say to myself "15 more seconds you can do this" and I do. The music is great. It just works for me, my heart rate gets up there and I'm burning calories. It pretty cool knowing that if my splat points reach 12 or higher I'm burning calories all day long. Big plus too I travel for work. I can slip into a class anywhere in the country. I just did that in Peoria, Arizona - the class was awesome there too!

I love the high energy workout! Instructor was encouraging and engaging, constantly offering help or modifications if needed. I've done Barry's boot camp in NYC and SF and this workout is the only one in Rochester that comes close so far - it's very similar in both intensity level and quality of equipment/facility. I am definitely feeling the soreness the following day! Once my income stabilizes I'd love to buy some sort of monthly package. Will recommend to friends and family.
