I had a horrible experience tonight. I was completely humiliated in the shower. I was shaving and someone asked if I was all right I said yeah. So after I finish I showered, I turned the shower off and I never bring a towel I always air dry so it takes me a while. The same person came back and told if I'm not using the shower I need to leave. I said was drying off I'll be done in a second. Completely humiliated I feel very violated will not be returning to Planet Fitness by the way I've taken 45 minute showers and dried off for just as long and have never been treated like that. I honestly don't care what people do behind those curtains whether the water is on or not!!!

Very clean. All equipment in good working condition. Friendly and courteous staff. Very nice members. Can’t beat the service for the price. Thanks Planet Fitness. Good job. Keep it up.

Recently made the membership. Peyton was welcoming and quickly got us through. Great service. Place looks clean and plenty of equipment. Looking forward to working out here :D

Place is clean and the staff are great but for some reason management have removed some of the incline benches so now you have people standing waiting for these benches and people just leaving weights on the bench saying that they are using them. This causes people who need that bench for the smith machine to stand and wait. I have spoke to the front desk about why the have removed st least 2 benches and no one knows why. This places needs them because it’s always busy.

Overall, good gym and friendly stuff. There is one personal trainer employed there, lorraine, who is extremely rude and unprofessional.i had just started using a machine and she came over and told me I only had 2 minutes because her client needed to use it?! Sorry, was unaware some gym members get priority over others. Not only that, she stood a few feet away tapping her foot and looking at her stopwatch and glancing over at me. First negative experience I have had in 6 months here, but it's one that certainly made a lasting impression. Quite disappointing

I love the gym! The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is larger than the ones I am used to, and has more equipment. I usually go early in the mornings, so I am not sure how it is in the evenings or night time, but the mornings are calm. The only thing I miss from my other PF is the semi-private section for the Mat exercises/stretching. Here, it is out in the open and near other equipment, which isn't a terrible thing by any means, but I prefer the somewhat private mat areas. Still amazing all around.

I absolutely love this place for so many reasons and happy to share that. I have had several gym memberships over the years with various atmospheres and this one is by far the best place I've ever joined. 1-the staff is so friendly and genuine 2- there are plenty of machines! 3-love the cost 4-love the tanning beds 4-it ALWAYS smells clean and fresh! 5-love the hydro beds 6-the members overall, seem to be there to workout and not to compare themselves to everyone else, it really has a no judgement zone atmosphere 😁😁

Great Place! I love it, but lacks a couple of things...First off the service is excellent! Great value for the money and the hours are 24, so finding time to workout is not a problem. I will continue to be a member as long as I live in this area.The Fort Mill location has multiples of every machine you can imagine; however they lack a seated calf raise machine. These machines burn calf muscles like no other. There are not enough, if any decline benches for the Smith machines, and one of three of the Smiths has been broke for a least two weeks at this point.UPDATE - September 13, 2019This PF continues to be great! I still love it and workout there on average four times a week. The staff is great! Always greet you with a smile and are always professional and helpful.All the Smith Machines are functional but still lack enough benches that decline. I still have not got my seated calf raise machine but remain hopeful. Thanks! G

This is a great Planet Fitness. Very clean and great service. Plenty of equipment and loads of space. The parking lot is a little outdated (Potholes and faded lines) but the gym itself is great. Overall great experience! Hope to get a membership of my own one day so I don't have to keep going as a guest with someone 😁 …

I moved my membership to this gym because it is way less busier than the Whitehall location I originally signed up with. Very clean, good machines, and the staff are very responsive to your needs. I recommend to anyone.
