It's very small and crowded. There will be a que for most popular machines. If you want to use a bench, you have to wait.

The plant fitness I go to is very friendly and well-kept cleaning is one of the top five priorities they do their along with being friendly to the customers, problem-solving, and describing to the guess where everything is, and do as much as they can.

One of the good fitness club chains. Best equipment, good spacious hall, polite and supportive staff.Good trainers and training programs. Large parking.Good relaxing facilities as well.

I called to have a late fee waived because my account was hacked due to card on file being stolen. The staff was very rude and not helpful. I will not be returning to this location and will be canceling my membership there.

I'm happy that I joined here. The space is huge, clean and I can always get a machine without having to wait. The staff up front is friendly as well. Good value overall!

Staff very good. Paige has great customer service skills. One wish for me is to lose the " social distancing" signs. It's random and illogical. Otherwise very clean, good temperature, music not too loud. Thank you!

You get what you pay for. Not enough equipment that people use. Prime example…Smith machines have a constant wait, people just camp out on them, sitting there texting. Staff does not monitor. Open space to add a couple more without issue. Or….meanwhile the endless rows of cardio equipment are never near capacity. I’ve tried times through out the day, doesn’t make much difference. Just know what your getting. If you want unlimited access to cardio or tanning equipment, you can’t beat it. If you do any other fitness activity you will eventually be frustrated.
