I was in an accident about 6 months ago. I called about 2 months later to see if I could cancel my membership. I spoke to a very nice woman who after telling her what had happened said she would cancel my membership over the phone, despite their cancellation policy which requires coming in or writing a letter, since I was dealing with a lot with the accident. I checked my bank statement today and have been charged the last four months.I called up and explained the situation and the man went through their spiel about not being able to do it over the phone.. I politely told him that the other woman assured me it would get done. He finally said he would cancel it after pushing back. He then said I needed to call and speak to a manager.. I got irritated and he handed the phone over and an incompetent man with poor grammar again went through their long cancellation policy spiel.. I explained to him again that o was annoyed/frustrated since I had been told by two employees now they would cancel it and weren’t. He kept speaking over me and said ‘he didn’t care’. Poor communication, poor customer service. Was lied to twice and felt the last person I spoke to was rude. Ridiculous - I will be calling my friends/family in the area and telling them how unprofessional this particular location is.

Excellent place to work out and very accesible if you pick the right time. I have been going around 8 AM or so every morning and have not found any difficulty getting the machine I want. They did away with the mask all the time rule, so it is "back to normal" 🤣🤣 Great place!!! …

The gym facilities are awesome and the workers are always nice. My only problem is that I’m constantly forced to watch CNN and other left media when the gym is not a place for political indoctrination. Please management you could put animal documentaries, sports or anything else.

The first time I went in to PF, they had just re-opened after being closed due to COVID.The staff is excellent. They took the time to get me set up, they made sure I understood what my membership included, and thanked me for coming in.The staff always takes the time to look up from the computer to greet people as they come in. There are cleaning stations everywhere.I’m thankful that they are open!

The layout of the gym is completely open which is awesome. The stretching and cable section are divided by fences, but other than that it's completely open. Masks are not required which is great for high intensity workouts. Everyone is great at cleaning up their space and equipment. Staff are friendly.

Nice gym... Nice and helpful staff... good availability at the time we go (9:00-9:30am)... they removed the mask mandate which I wish they hadn't. Hopefully people are still cleaning the machine after use? I used the hydromassage chair and that was awesome!

My second favorite place other than the Rock Hill Location. Very clean, they have a stretching and ropes area, and a wide variety of machines. Wish they had a timer like Rock Hill did in the 30 minutes area and in the abs and stretching

Planet fitness at Fort Mill is great gym! Peyton and the entire staff always greet me with a smile and a warm hello. The gym is very neat and clean. I highly recommend!

Just joined three days ago and so far Im pleased. Tons of different equipment for cardio exercises. They also have a wide range of nautilus machines with instructions on how to use them printed right on the machines. They also have free weights if you want to do some lifting the old fashioned way. I also saw an area for a 30 minute work out but I haven't tried that yet. Plus there is massage chairs and sun tan tables. So far I have worked out each of the three days and hope that I'm able to keep coming and using the place regularly every week.

Visited this branch. Friendly staff, clean. Staff is friendlier than my home gym. Don't like the layout, everyone is facing each other. At home gym, everyone is basically facing a wall. But I liked it there.
