I went to the gym today and I was helped by Michelle Sullivan. She was very efficient and polite. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was converting my regular Silver Sneakers to a black card Silver Sneakers. Michelle was able to convert my card over. She was very polite and super friendly. She is an asset to your company

⭐️ for good customer service⭐️ for new gym equipment⭐️ for clean locker room ( although the lockers are super small for a gym bag, and just dated)No ⭐️ for black card “spa” only lay down tanning beds that were absolutely disgusting but no stand ups or Total Body Enhancement?Maybe they are planning a remodel, and if we visit this location and it’s improved, I will gladly change my rating.

I went to Planet Fitness this afternoon and brought a friend with me. We both signed in to use the Hydro Massage chairs and they were great. Very relaxing and helpful to relieve stress, tight neck and back muscles. The staff workers are friendly and helpful.

The facility was clean, and the staff was very friendly. They but benches in front of the dumbbells and it’s hard to get to them if people are using the benches. Unless you just want cardio I would suggest going to another one.

Truly is what they advertise. You can just be you, workout how you want and where you want. Black Card is my favorite, as I can tan, workout and then get a massage. Take a shower if you want. It has everything.

Worst planet fitness ever!!! Brought my 13 year old sister to workout with me they wouldn’t let her unless she had a parent which is understandable… so we had our dad come to workout with us and they still didn’t let her in even though they told us to get a parent here…

*updated 1/23 .. exactly the same..I am going to go out and say this is my new home gym from moving. It's clean and the staff is definitely friendly, which paired with price is why I choose PF. Lost a star based on some dated and broken equipment. Mostly in the cardio sections

(Visited March 22, 2023) This place was clean through out the day and the staff was always friendly. The only negative I can say is that its a bit on the small side and it's ALWAYS busy. If you got a open workout plan no problem but if you got to use a specific machine it might be a wait.With that being said I really can't knock this place to hard since it's fairly well maintained and il def be coming back next time I'm in the area.

Great place. Friendly staff. Clean Loads of cardio equipment. Loads of resistance equipment rarely have to wait for a machine. If so I change my routine. Many open 24 hours if not open early a 5 AM. At 20 dollars a Month I can use any Planet Fitness in country. I travel about 40 weeks out of year. Find them almost everywhere. So far in past two years, Jupiter, FLA, Austin TX, Memphis, TN, Spokane, WA, Alabama, Montana, New Jersey, Colorado. All had very nice Planet Fitness facilities. Compared to gyms 20 years ago this franchise is great. The price for this gym is same or less than 30 years ago, Considering inflation this is a very reasonable fee. Use it and you get your moneys worth.
