Awesome instruction, great training partners. Trained jiu jitsu in multiple areas, this is definitely one of the best spots to get some great fundamental jiu jitsu.

Compound is my home away from home! I've been in several gyms over the last couple of decades and I’ve never had such a remarkable experience being part of a gym family as I have at Compound. Learning BJJ was intimidating to me when I first walked in but after my first class I walked out with a new love. Professor Juan’s passion for teaching is evident and his attention to detail is second to none.Professor Seth is a gifted instructor who's caliber of leadership is rare. His love for jiu jitsu is manifested both in how much he devotes himself to his students as well as how he continues to be a student of jiu jitsu himself.Coach April has an amazing ability to coach people of all ages and abilities, and my level of fitness has grown tremendously under her coaching, well beyond my own expectations. The people at Compound are incredibly welcoming and inclusive. The vibe is all about pushing yourself through boundaries without ego. I can’t imagine being part of any other gym!

I love this gym! The environment is unlike any other gym I have been to. It is inviting and serious at the same time. Everyone is there to achieve their goals and better themselves. And if you are looking for a zumba or barre class, this is the place to be! Kristi is such a fun instructor! It is so inspiring to be around someone who loves what she does!
