Onelife Fitness - Crabapple Gym

I loved this gym , but now it getting worse and worse. Men shower doesn’t have hot water longer than month. Today hot tub was cold! We were waiting whole week when we can come and sit in hot tub. We are very upset and will think to cancel our membership

Best staff experiences everytime. Sean is the man, hardest worker and always does what he can to make things work for his members. Gym has all new equipment, and its pretty much always in order. Best commercial gym in the area by far.

READ YOUR CONTRACT FULLY. I cannot cancel my membership without proving I’ve moved 15 miles away and need to give advance due notice TO STOP PAYING. Horrible predatory contract

Completely lied to me regarding cancellation in order to get me to sign up my family. Never informed me it is a 12 month agreement with an early cancellation fee and buy out option + last months dues + any dues that process in the next 30 days. Very unhonest when asked during sign up.

I like the amenities here and the separate gyms within the gym in rooms that are almost hidden. The Sauna and whirlpool are great and consistently maintained. Plenty of stairmasters and treadmills and squat racks in the side room.Only downside is the amount of kids here. It really should be 18 and up if not 21 and up. And I have a sneaking suspicion if you are an adult and come alone, they have some kids' parent follow you around here for whatever reason. Don't let your kids join and adult gym if you are paranoid about other adults and leave your conspiracy theories out of the gym!

Been my gym for years. This place is great; it has really cool staff, and a good selection of weights and machines. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded, but if you time it right, there is usually a bench open. An outdoor squat rack would be really nice, but otherwise this gym is top tier.

Great gym! Cost effective and super nice.The missing star is thanks to maybe the dumbest men in the Milton/crabapple area that can’t seem to understand how to use a sauna without breaking it every few months. Dude you drank 90 IPA’s this week, the extra 15 degrees you gain with a wet paper towel on the thermostat ain’t the fix….

Do yourself a favor and DON'T sign your kids up for the family plan! Called to request cancellation for our child who is under 16yrs old and was told "they can't cancel unless they move..." Completely ridiculous! After further argument they agreed to cancel for a $100 fee! Unbelievable! Worst customer service experience and the policy towards kid memberships is awful!!!

The drinking water was intentionally lukewarm to sell, and the pool water was supposed to be lukewarm, but it was too cold to purposely prevent swimming for a long time.

Great place to work out super clean, good equipment and nice staff, worth the extra money!
