Great hours. I usually go later in the evening to avoid busiest times. Lots of machines avail which are in good repair and plenty to choose from. Lots of cleaning stations. Staff is friendly. Can't beat it for the price!

It's pretty spacious, and has enough equipment for people to use without having to wait on them to finish their workout. Most PFs that I've been to are pretty small compared to the Roswell location. Plus, the staff there are pretty helpful even when its a slow day.

I don't like being a taking advantage of š”š”š” It's been too long I obviously don't come I don't live in that area for a long time now and you're constantly taking my money it's not fair I want my money back To have to spend money for a certified mail it doesn't make sense I want my money back ā¦

I normally go to the Smyrna planet fitness, but I was in the area so I stopped in here. This one was 10x nicer from upgraded machines to the locker room. I wish I lived closer!

Updated 09/20/2021- After being a member for a few months now, the customer service at this gym is horrible. Since being a member, Ive referred 2 ppl and have not received credit for either one as advertised. I tried resolving this over the phone and twice in the gym. Yesterday was my second time trying to resolve in the gym and the girl immediately said "I dont know anything abt that. You have to talk to a manager during the week before 4pm." I dont get off until 5pm, complete inconvenience. I tried to resolve this in the gym last week and the girl told me she would take care of it but I was still charged on 09/18. Seems like they just give the run around instead of giving the credit they promise in their advertisements. The front desk ppl are useless other than "hi" and "bye"
