I do not leave negative feedbacks usually but the customer service is very bad! They changed their Policy and now they are charging a cancelation fee even though when I became a member the policy was different still they wanted to charge me an early termination fee I talk to the customer service and they did not care! So I just blocked their charges on my bank account. I left unhappy and I'm not going to go back with them anymore! just pay more and go to a nice gym.

It's Planet Fitness. It's an affordable gym but is focused on the beginner. It's the closest gym to where we live so that was our main reason to go there. It's got all we need to work out, just wish the machines had more weight on them. Almost maxed out a couple machines. We got the Black Card membership and use the hydromassage everyday. Feels good after a workout. If you are new to working out and on a budget I would still recommended this for you.

This Planet Fitness is clean and organised. The associates in the front are kind and laid back. This is not like an LA Fitness where you get these different kind of classes and people, these are people that are all body types and keep to themselves. I would recommend this gym to anyone

Just joined yesterday, plenty of equipment, lots of variety, obviously great price. Your associate was polite and professional.Sadly my tour consisted of him showing me where the mens locker room was by pointing at it. The thing I noticed first and most was the overwhelming smell of body odor. I understand people come there to sweat, but I have never experienced that in any other gym. Your gym is small, and needs better ventilation. You will never walk into a Golds gym and experience that. That being said , the gym seemed clean, and the staff seems friendly enough, but I was definitely not wowed. Perhaps you shouldn't raise members expectations by advertising one thing, and delivering another. I hope this is received as constructive criticism, I'm hopeful once I start training there my experiences will be better.Sincerely,Jim Costas

I think this is a really great gym especially for the price. The staff is kind and welcoming. The gym is ALWAYS clean. There isn't any gym-intimidation. You couldn't find a better place to workout for $10 a month!

I frequent this gym location just about every week. I never really have any issues. Most often it's very clean and not overly crowded, at least when I attend during the night.

I recently moved to Atlanta and definitely like this gym. Even when i was just a visitor here i would come to this location and they are helpful, personable, and clean. They have generally everything I'm looking for especially the yoga type workout balls that i think EVERY location should have. This gym location is awesome and diverse and i hope they keep up their amazing service

My favorite gym!. 😄 The facility is always clean; the staff is awesome & most of the time quite friendly. It's not as big as some of the others that I've been to, but the location, amenities, and staff make up for it. Planet Fitness helped make my transition from Memphis to Atlanta smooth and easy. Now, I can visit any location, get my workout in, and relieve every ounce of stress!.

So far so good. Beats L.A Fitness with a stick. This one is clean, they've got equipment that is not rusty and actually works! The 30 min workout room is just what i need. L.A fitness doesn't have anything like this. Oh, and those massage beds.. lol sold! I'm never going back to L.A fitness. Oh and free food on the 1st of each month... Who does that? Planet fitness (Roswell) does.

I went to the Roswell Planet Fitness who informed me that the balance was due that month because the payment did not go through. At this point, I had not received an email or phone call to let me know that it did not. When I checked, they had my card number on file but the expiration date had changed. It had not expired but had the date extended due to the re-issuance of the card to a more secure card. The clerk confirmed this. When I presented my card, they stated there would be a $10 late fee and even if they didn't charge the late fee then, that it would still need to be settled at some point in time in order for me to continue at the club. At no time did I get a call requesting new card information or to inform me that the charge did not go through.Needless to say, I am very disappointed in Planet Fitness at this time. For one thing, if I had a call or an email, I would have told you of the new expiration date which I was not aware of and thus avoided the non-payment.The crew was unsympathetic, unapologetic to a member who had been paying and willing to keep paying who only had a mishap with a credit card expiration date.
