Very nice gym . I used to not be a big fan of PF for a long time only due to the $10 price and the fact that it was open 24 hours. But since COVID-19 and the pandemic, it seems as if majority of the PF's in the Atlanta area have been doing a WAYYYYY better job at cleaning their facilities. Even my husband who joined LA Fitness is thinking about adding PF because he says the holcomb bridge LA Fitness machines are horrible and old and not as clean. He loved working out with me at PF but our schedules are opposite now. Keep it up PF!

My fiance and I go to this gym most often since it's closest to where we're staying until we move to Buford. The staff is awesome! Always friendly. They tool the time toool for my earbud when I flopped it in the stairmaster. Also, we do this thing where we tan and do the red light therapy beds then switch, lol. They usually already know what we want when we come up up use the beds after our workout.

Very clean! The staff is always cleaning and sanitizing which is nice to see. Also, everyone who works here is very welcoming and happy to answer any questions.

The staff is amazing. I appreciate the no judgment don’t attitude and no one bothering me while I work out. That being said, I’m close to cancelling my membership because this gym is very hot, had ac issues for weeks, and has been without internet for about three weeks. No internet is a dealbreaker, especially if you can’t control the TVs. I have been asking for awhile for them to contact corporate about the internet.

Had to update billing so I called them and they said to do something online which brought me to a third party website that I didn’t feel comfortable putting my card information in because there was no planet fitness logos anywhere on the site so I asked if I could do it over the phone because I don’t want a late fee but I was diagnosed with type A influenza yesterday with 103 fever and they still said I would have to come in to the actual gym to update the payment…. Even though I literally have the flu and am contagious, and was responded with “I’m new here I don’t know what else to tell you” and the girl asked the manager for help but the manager wouldn’t talk to me herself and got an attitude. So I let them know that I would go ahead and make my way up there while I’m highly contagious in a gym where no one wears masks 👍🏼

Great place to workout. Clean!!!! Friendly staff! Clean from the moment you walk in all the way to restroom/locker. I love the hydromassager and chair massager. I enjoy my black Card.

Every employee makes sure that I feel so welcome every time I walk in! I love how they know my name and always have time to make small talk. This location is by far my favorite. It’s a very clean, friendly environment!

Today I visited Planet Fitness for the very first time, as I was interested in joining. The one thing that will always make a huge impact on me as a consumer is customer service. I’d like to say that Austin, although working the front desk alone, was the deciding factor in me joining the gym! People really underestimate the impact of good customer service these days, but how could I say no to someone that was so kind and so upbeat, and made me a priority even though he had a handful of things to do. Kudos to management for having such a kind person working the front desk.

This is by far the friendliest PF location I’ve frequented. All the team members are welcoming and kind; they actually seem to enjoy working there versus other PF locations I’ve been to.They just updated all their cardio equipment which is awesome and there is a good variety in cardio equipment!This location is also very clean and well maintained as well!

This is a very nice and clean gym. I come during the weeknight shift and I'm always greeted by the smiling face of Shernet 😁. She has shown me how to use many different machines, how to stretch properly, as well as exercises that will help me accomplish my goals. She is an absolute joy to be around which makes me look forward to my time here!
