Compared to the other gyms I have been to, this location is the best! The staff gave me a guided tour of the facility, explained everything in depth and made me feel comfortable.I had gone to crunch fitness before this gym. Their motto was to stay body positive and be a judgement free. The mottos were everywhere but their staff did not follow that philosophy. Strong trap music was blasted over the speakers, guys were grunting and dropping weights too loud and the staff didn't seem to care. I go to the gym for my 30 minutes of cardio and to sometimes try weights. I didn't like the environment and eventually stopped going.When I went to planet fitness, everything was the opposite. Music wasn't too loud, the staff were friendly and encouraging (They even know my name!) and everyone worked out without all the grunting. I especially appreciated the cleaning stations that were always stocked. I go almost everyday now and feel comfortable pushing myself to learn new exercises. I definitely recommend this location

Incredibly friendly staff with a clean environment to feel safe in. Equipment is available in a timely manner and its visible that clients clean up after themselves after each machine use. The extra amenities such as tanning beds, hydromassage, red light therapy, etc are available at this club and are always in working condition with cleanliness intact.

Great first time experience. I visited club first thing Sunday morning. The staff greeted me when entered and exited the facility. The facility was clean. You can tell the members care because everyone was cleaning up the equipment after each use. The only knock is the equipment is a tad bit old and not as smooth. But this place will be new morning spot for years to come.

I've been going to the gym for a year abd always had a good experience. Today my battery died and Chelsea and Ambrose ( Mgt.) Helped me by finding someone who was able to jump my battery. Marc even stayed with me and Wow he asked me if I "was ok with letting the car charge another 15 minutes bc he didn't want me to break down or it not start in the a.m. Ugh no sir. You're helping me out!". Good people still exist! Oh and Ambrose made sure that the trees and bushes that blocked vision were respectfully removed.

Finally gym that charges what I can actually afford. Not giving 5 stars because for busy parent like myself daycare would be a very helpful part of the gym. And toilet seat papers covers please. Hope that will change.

Well now apparently you’re required to have a smart phone and required to have the app to even get in the gym. Even if you’ve been a member for over 4 years*Edit- it has to be your HOME gym to use your phone number. So if you’re a black card member traveling, again, you’re required to have the app.

Clean enviornment, kind staff, surplus of various exercise equipment. I just wish there were weight scales provided on request. I understand there is a no judgement policy here, but some of us would like to track our progress, whether it's losing or gaining weight. In all, a great location.

Went as a quest as I am a member at another gym, but I was very impressed! Nice facility and staff PLUS anything and everything you need! Also very clean.

Great location. Super friendly personnel, especially Adriana, who always greets me BY NAME both on arrival and leaving. They even check me in when they see me coming so I don't even have to show my code. The place is kept neat and tidy. Pleasant experience, highly recommend this location.

Love this Gym and the Staff that goes with it, they all make you feel so welcomed. The gym is always top notch on cleanliness which is important to me. Highly recommend this gym!!
