I signed up for PF during the beginning of the year special. roughly $2 to sign up, then $10 a mpnth with an annual fee in march for $36(?). With this pricing you cannot beat this place.If you are looking for a good gym, I would advise to keep looking. This place is just lacking. Most clientele do not use proper etiquette. Today I did ab work whilst the guy a few machines down face timed his girl on speakerphone. He didn't even turn it down when he saw me looking at him. Thanks buddy!I have also had a gentleman walk right next to me when I was doing delt raises. I had to stop my rep to avoid this guy.You will not get proper etiquette at this gym.If you want bench press, you are gonna have to use a smith rack... weird.The music is ok. I am told PF uses satellite radio. But you have to listen to ads. kinda lame.Again, for the price point the place is fine. If you are serious about working out, probably not the place for you.

Staff are helpful. Machines are different than what I have seen in other locations. The weight limits are lower and they may operate in a peculiar way. Only main cons are that there are no hand sanitizers nor small lockers to access. Parking is also pretty limited compared to other locations.

Facility is clean. Employees are nice and supportive. Environment is comfortable. Not too crowded but enough other gym-goers so that there's a nice level of activity.

I had an appointment to talk to a trainer so that she could design my program. The trainer was very professional and I felt like she really cared about me meeting my goals. After speaking with her and showing me the machines and the proper way to use the machines. I will definitely be following her plan.

How unfortunate. I’ve been a member for years and since the pandemic thing have gone incredibly downhill. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming, and very hospitable. The members are a different story. There is a sign on the door requiring masks. This should be a red flag to any member that they may be entering an environment where donning a mask is in their best interest and the interest of others. Donning a mask incorrectly is useless. Wearing it beneath your nose is in no way helpful. Germs that are airborne need a point of entry and you’re giving them opportunity when you wear your mask incorrectly. Social distancing seems to be a concept that needs to be better explained to the locals. If you walk in and there are five people on 30 treadmills, it’s ignorant to use the treadmill that is closest to one of the five people. Find a machine that is a fair distance away, not the one behind them. My biggest issue is, what’s the point of having rules if they’re not enforced. I can only assume that these rules are fueled by public relations but quickly dismissed and overrun by Kens and Karen’s.

Planet fitness Roswell, the staff and trainers are so friendly. They even remember our names. If anything is needed they are there to help out on any machine that you are on. The equipment is always working. The wonderful classes that are free buy trainers at planet fitness is spectacular. Awesome job to all the staff, trainers, in the whole planet fitness Roswell team

The staff are friendly and accommodating and seem like they actually don’t mind being at work! One girl remembers my name and checks me in when she sees me (meanwhile I don’t remember what I ate for breakfast) One time my car died in the parking lot and a kind employee of yours went out of her way to help me find jumper cables.The sani-stations are always stocked and clean. The restroom is always stocked and clean. I like the placement of the stair master at this location, please don’t ever move it.

I recently transited back in to the gym a week ago since the pandemic and I have observed the facility has taken measures to ensure we as the customers are safe as well practicing social distancing guidelines. The facility was already nice and clean prior to any of this but now the team at my location has definitely made the transition back to gym life a much easier one for me.

I have been going to this gym for a while. It is always clean. I think they have a good variety of workout equipment and free weights. Staff is friendly. I try to go when it is not typically crowded due to COVID and so socially distancing has been pretty easy.

Arc trainers are calibrated perfectly. Very clean, staff is constantly cleaning, which makes me feel comfortable. Solid variety of equipment. Decent amount of space. Staff is relatively friendly. Slight air of snobbery among members, woman kept coughing, kinda freaked me out a bit. Nice place though. 👍Modifying this review: this location is the best. Maybe, people just need to get accustomed to seeing my routine because it can be a bit...intense. It’s all targeted and researched. Also, this location literally has the best selection of music of any PF I have EVER been to. I would absolutely join or transfer to this location and I’m actually going to miss it.
