"Judgement free zone", yet Ricky is a lunk for wearing a bodybuilding tank top and drinking from a gallon jug. If you want to join the club with the rest of the pretentious stuck ups with very limited equipment that's actually useful, then become a member today! Otherwise stick to a real gym.

Been a member for a month now and loving it. Exceptionally clean gym and the staff are always friendly and helpful!

Cancelled membership and was still charged the next month. Went back to ask for them to remove the charge and they refused even after explaining we haven't even been there in months due to doctors orders.

I love planet fitness, I’ve been a member for awhile at this location. Today I went in with my daughter she’s came with my serval times before,she is 13by the way! but today I was stopped and ask for her birth certificate by Arua(club manger) like who actually carrying around theirs child birth certificate! So I asked why? She was very rude! She said, “it was in their policy & it just started this week” so I said ok show me that it’s in the policy that I have to show my child birth certificate! She said she didn’t have to show me anything! Basically saying they can make up their own policy which I felt like she did! So then I spoke with Ryan over the phone and he said something totally different he said I had to be a black card member to bring a guest never once did say anything that the other lady said! And she didn’t say anything about being a black card member! So I honestly don’t know who is lying! But I’ve reported the situation to corporate and I will be canceling my membership at this location!

It would have had five stars if they were still cleaning their equipment after each person uses it. They are not cleaning the equipment when someone gets off and I think everyone believes it's being taken care of but it's not you have to clean the equipment yourself!

Front desk personnel isn’t professional and doesn’t know how to speak to guest. I was treated rudely and was told to open up my phone and pay a late payment from last year. He needs to be trained on how to speak to guest and his tone. This isn’t even my main gym I was just visiting bc I was close. Never coming back again

I came to sign up for a membership. I want to try one class before committing to a membership. I was told no and I'll have to sign up for a membership first. It's like buying a car before a test drive. I went to another Planet fitness down the road. Had zero problems. They will let me do one class. So, I sign up with them. The front desk youg girl was sweet. The Gentlemen with the nose piercing is the one that told me no no so he missed out on money if this was a franchise they totally lost money in their pocket.

SO...not to be petty but I travel for a living and this gym is dirty dirty...came here exactly a week ago and the shower i used still had the clumps of hair on the walls and in the drain.I will politely bring it to the staff's attention and post the results...The staff said because he is a man he cant go in. He looked surprised that I said how dirty it was and said he would tell the female manager..not to be funny but, all PF have those signs that say " male cleaning in restroom."

They have a no bag on the floor policy which is kind of ridiculous no matter the size of the bag. They recommend buying a lock but after buying one I come back to find my lock had been removed and/or stolen from the locker I was using. I thought LA Fitness was bad, guess they aren’t the only ones.

The General Manager Erin is incredible! THIS location is awesome! Erin knows her stuff and she's friendly in the process. Her staff is great and I'm surprised Erin isn't a District Manager on her way to being Regional Manager.Seriously, have you seen Planet Fitness at rush hour in the morning AND evening?!?! Erin and her staff don't miss miss beat! Alway I greeting guests warmly and they're all eager to help!Way to go Planet Fitness - you picked a winner in hiring this young lady. 👍🏾👏🏾
