Bathrooms smelled clean. Lots of genders winked at me, and made kissy faces. One of them even twerked at me on an elliptical...like, HARD! They fixed some equipment lately, too!

I have been coming to this Planet Fitness among others for over 6 years. I have only had positive experiences until today. The worker at the front desk named Barbie, has an attitude unlike no other. She is rude and disrespectful. She clearly doesn’t know how to treat a guest. I will be cancelling our membership tonight.

I go to the Planet Fitness on Roswell Rd in Marietta GA. This gym is seldom crowded, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is some of the patrons sit on their phones in the 30 minute express area. It can be annoying to be trying to move from one area to another and not be able to move to the next machine because someone is hanging out not working out on the machines. Signage notes this is not allowed and there is a nice open area to sit, but I have never seen an employee ask someone to move or leave the express area so this becomes the hang out room.

Highly don't recommend. They started charging me for the premium membership after the first month. Then when I called to ask about it, they just claimed they weren't and hung up on me like I literally can't see it on my bank statements. Don't waste your money. You can find a better gym.

Used this gym for over 2 years. They have all the main equipment needed for a good strength training session. Red light therapy booth is a plus.

Equipment is not well cleaned. It appears the equipment has never been cleaned under side. Paper towels never work or filled. Trash cans are missing and customer cleaning supplies are not refilled. Some equipment is/Has been inoperable for months.

Since enlisting the help of Jeffrey, a trainer at the Roswell Rd, Marietta location, I leave the gym sweaty and empowered. He educates me about the moves and keeps me engaged with inspiring energy. Working out with Jeffrey has been a GAME CHANGER for sure! Thank you for helping me meet my goals!
