The water filter has been in the red for weeks, I asked one of the gentleman about the bottled water in the refrigerator and he kindly let me know that I would have to pay cash or debt on my membership! This is how they do loyal customers? And this was the manager

As a paying customer, i don’t expect to be asked to leave a section because a “class is about to start”…i pay just as much as those in the class. It’s tacky to interrupt a paying customer for a class that I’ve never seen take place before.

There are some lazy employees. Some employees need an overhaul in customer service training. If my membership wasn't free, I would go somewhere else.
