Staff was not helpful. No concern for the customer. Tried to make cancelling of a membership as difficult as possible. Called the day before to make sure we were cancelling correctly. They refused to be cooperative and honor the method described over the phone the day before. Shame on you.

It was difficult to figure out how they laid out their machines at this location. I couldn't find some that I was looking for and haven't a clue if they just weren't there or if they were hiding somewhere I wasn't looking. Very clean, guests seemed to wipe machines after themselves.

A convenient and clean place to get in a workout in the Marietta area. They have plenty of machines available - treadmills, bikes, steps, weight machines and free weights - but it was pretty busy during our visit. Edit: Cancelled my membership. Got charged a late fee(on automated payments) and next month. 2 years of membership and they only have a problem when I try to cancel? Shady.Brand new, equipment is great, no free weights which is a huge downer. Lot of adolescents. If you're trying to find a place to do sets, I would look elsewhere.

Zero stars. Me and my wife were poorly treated by their manager, Logan. Very rude and does not care about the customers as this establishment. Not understanding. And very argumentative. For this reason I am never and should have never attended this Planet Fitness location in the very first place. Go to the LA fitness up the street or any other PF in GA. I regret giving a single dollar to this establishment. Businesses need to be more than just making a dollar and keeping it. Treat your customers with respect, compassion, and understanding.

This is always my go to Planet Fitness location when I have the choice. The larger weight ranges for machines, clean facility and friendly staff make this site the absolute best I have been to in Georgia. My only gripe is the lack of a scale, but that is the standard for the company.

Great value for $10/mo. You have to upgrade to $20/mo if you want access to more than one location. Never crowded and super clean.

Just like I thought it was going to be, a membership that is a no commitment/no contract is charging for a eatly cancelation, go figure things that was never explained at the time of sign up, wondering why would they miss this part, let me see... Maybe they just trying to get you to sign and then screw you at the end. I just had a surgery and cannot workout, haven't been in there for months, try to cancel until I get fully recovered and found out I would be paying cancellation fee for a no contract subscription . This is playing simple what I would like to call a group of thief that only care about money. If all it takes is a fee to get rid of a company that will hide some information to their convince then lets go a head and get it over with.. or should I just put a stop payment to this acc... Uuummm dont know... we'll see....
