Place is small not much space to enjoy for the older kids. My daughter said the foam cubes smelled bad. I stood in line for 15mins all for them to tell me I had to go sign the waiver in the computer . A sign would be helpful for parents. Staff wasn’t friendly either.

Came on MLK day to burn some energy and it was packed! Started off bad because the girl at the front with red hair, facial piercings, braces and no shorts (long t-shirt only) was extremely rude and just walked away after swiping my card, she did not say anything. So we stood there just waiting for a wrist band. Then she had an attitude when handing me one like I inconvenienced her.. other than that. The place is just good, but I would recommend going on a day that isn’t too busy!

Picture this. Somewhere around 200 kids, most of which are 8-15 years old taking complete control over a trampoline park lord of the flies style. Absolutely no staff out on the trampoline area to make sure any kind of rules are being followed and most of the parents are sitting in the table area mingling with each other. Keep in mind there are LITTLE kids out on the trampolines too!! It’s was complete and utter chaos. When we got there, there was an ambulance out front because someone has gotten hurt. Most of the staff are high schoolers so they wouldn’t have even known how to keep any kind of order anyway. There needs to be a capacity limit and sever staff members out on the floor to monitor the trampolines. It’s quite a shame because this is a really cool concept and hopefully we were just there on a bad day and this was just a fluke although this was our second time going. We will not be coming back.

Just had my daughter's birthday party here, and I'm so so so not happy. For $350 worth of services, we had HORRIBLE customer service and we were rushed out of our room so another party could begin RIGHT at the time ours should have been ending. We did not have a host, other than a girl (I won't say her name because i'm sure she knows based on the survey I left for her) very noticeably not wanting to be there and just dropping off our pizza and leaving. We didn't get the altitude gift, nor was there any order to the kids getting socks or wrist bands.. it was chaos. I had to stand in line each time I wanted them to make an announcement for the kids to come eat pizza or cake.We have been members for years and we will be cancelling our membership. We will tell everyone never to have a birthday party here. And I'm still shocked out how much It cost.

We had a lot of fun here. It's not as big as the last one I have been to. We went right after school on a Friday. It was pretty calm when we first got there, and about 40 minutes in, bigger kids started arriving and were out of control around the little kids. I didn't care for that too much as my child is younger, and it was her first time ever at a trampoline park, so it freaked her out a little bit.

They have a good price on Sundays. It’s fun I guess. Came here when they first opened and it doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since. They took away the climbing harness thing and replaced it with some screen thing that’s broken. The foam squares are disgusting.Seen a parent vaping by the rock wall in front of the kids. Told the staff at front and the girl literally looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. I asked if they were allowed and she said no and just stared at me. No staff walking around to ensure bounce safety.

Don’t bother booking a birthday party here. Just bring your own stuff and act like you own the place. They let anyone bring food, drinks, and decorations in. I felt especially stupid for paying for party, while others brought better options for their party for a better price. We paid for our own food and drinks and adhered to the posted rules on the front doors, but we were still asked to vacate our table for an unbooked party, so there’s really no point to booking your party through altitudes itself. I tried to explain that it wasn’t fair that others had to pay for a party package in order to reserve seats and have food, but nobody seemed to care and they even treated me like I was the villain.

We recently had our sons birthday party here on a Thursday afternoon. Great time to have a party because it is much less crowded than a weekend! Angel our part host was great! He was friendly and very helpful. Ask for Angel if you're having a party! The kids had a great time. The reason I only gave two stars and say it could've been better is they only allow 1 table for your party. When you consider you're paying over $300 dollars, that's before you tip your party host and you're not even allowed to "set anything on another table that would make it appear the table is reserved". We had 11 children at our party. They all fit at the one table we were allowed. Perfect! Granted they were also 6 year old's. If the party would have been for a 10 year old, I'm not sure all of them would have fit at the table. The cake, gifts, parents and anything else we brought did not fit at the table. I understand being asked not to push the table together or put a table cloth on the table, but not being allowed to place presents or the cake or anything that would make it appear other guests can't sit there. There is an additional $50 charge just to use another table. Ridiculous, considering there were open tables all around us all night that NO ONE was sitting at. Unfortunately, we will not be having a party here again. For the cost and what is provide we'll find an option that fits all our needs.

It is a very good place. My kids always have fun and we even got the membership. I just feel it needs more seating spaces. During the weekends there's a lot of birthday parties and take over all the seats.
