My son is 4 and he had a blast they have changed it up some and I like the new parts the rock wall the high dive into the foam blocks. Wasn’t over crowded on a Friday night plus you can turn your pass into a membership before you leave and this month it’s only $10.00 for a pass

They make you jump through your own hoops to delete your account. Shady business practices.

Great place to let the kids run free

Great place to go, especially since renovating and adding more activities. Found a coupon on line that also really helped with the prices. But even without it, they are super reasonable. Cause you get to pick your time frame.

My kids 5 and 7 like this place. They can jul and run around and burn off some energy. I can usually find some Groupons online for a discount. It hasn't been too crowded either the times we visited.

Very spacious and many tramps only thing which bothers me is the sound. It's very very noisy. Hope some acoustics will help to reduce the noise. Apart from that it's a fun place for kids.

This review is purely for the Manager who worked Saturday Sept 16, 2023 from 11a-1:00pm. This man was working his butt off the entire time I was there from enforcing the safety rules the kids were violating to walking around and picking up balls from the playscape to wiping up wet spots from people coming in from the rain. What really impressed me about him was there was a 7 yr old boy that jumped in the cube pit and shortly after started to cry because I guess he hit his eye, the Manager noticed right away and without hesitation he jumped in the pit with him with empathy in his face with so much care and asked him what happened and helped get him out of the pit. Once the boy got out the Manager went over to check on him again to make sure he was okay. Also there were probably at least 8 birthday parties going on with 8 kids and 8 sets of parents to each party in the table area which was mayhem. When we were leaving he was sweeping up mess on the floor that one of the birthday parties made. I wasn’t able to see his name tag from far away. Whomever that manager was working that day HE DESERVES A RAISE!!!! He is a caring individual and works his butt off!!

This is such a great place for kids to burn off that bored energy! It’s safe, clean, reasonably priced. Parents can keep an eye on kids without hovering, so kids can let loose and have fun.Kudos to staff for keeping up with cleanups, handling questions, maintaining safety, and providing that personal touch. My grandson had been playing and having a terrific time. When it was time to leave he was sad, begging to stay a little longer. A kind girl on the staff saw his tears and took the time to talk with him, and gave him a special free pass to come back again. What could have turned into a sad drive home was changed into excited plans for “next time” thanks to her attention and generosity. We will definitely be returning soon!
