My little girl had a blast, great place for when it's cold or rainy......or if you just want to jump and flip around 🙂. …

Not a good experience. We went to another boys birthday party, 8-9 year old kids, and there were some older kids, 17-19 years old kids, playing in the dodgeball area and hitting little kids as hard as they could in the head and face knocking them down. We, the parents, notified the staff and went back and asked them to stop throwing so hard at the little ones and they started yelling and cussing at us. The staff did go back and asked them to leave, but I watched them all go up to the front desk for a minute and then turn back around and go back into the dodgeball area and continue to do the same thing as before. The staff was very young and didn't handle the situation at all. There were no staff members on the floor monitoring play. I was thinking about a party here for my son, but I will pass now after this experience. So sad, it was such a fun place the first time we came when it opened. Needs better management and more staff on the floor monitoring. The foam pit needs some new foam also. It's very broken up and worn looking.

First off it's expensive. Secondly the so called party coordinator Gabby that wanted a tip had to be flagged down for everything we needed. Plates then forks. No tvs without anything but kid stuff take it from me at least one tv with a football game would change everything. Too bad they don't offer some type of beer for poor dads that have to endure the ruckus. That would increase your clientele as well. But I guess it would not matter I stood at the snack bar for 10 minutes and not a single person asked me if they could help. The staff tried to keep the older kids under control. I do appreciate that.

Eh...maybe it's better on a weekday, but weekend is a mess. It's super dirty, very few tables to sit at that aren't reserved for parties. The ones that are reserved are parties are just a table with a sign and tablecloth reserving the spot (minimal effort for what you pay). For some reason there are a bunch of older teens yelling at the little kids and trying to keep the kids out of "their" area. Staff is nice but they aren't really doing anything to police anything (like number of people jumping outside of their paid for alotted time, or the teens trying to control areas). Also, dodgeball, basketball, and the trapeze area were all coned off as closed so the kids can't use them even though they look fine. Just okay.

Walked in and it smelled like hot dog water and dirt. My friend had a party for her daughter here and when I went to decorate, the room was filthy and the teens working were just sitting around on their phones. I had to ask for one of them to sweep and clean tables because guests were already arriving. There seems to be fun stuff for the kids to do here but not sanitary at all

Rude teenagers running the place. Act like they’re doing you a favor to answer questions about pricing etc. whole place smells like feet. Filthy. Run down. All machines are broken. Staff shortage. Obstacle course has been disabled and removed altogether. Used to be amazing fun place. It looks like it’s about to shut down honestly. Also bathrooms are nasty never cleaned. Many of the lockers have their doors ripped off! Floors are filthy. No one is cleaning up gross sticky messes and drink is spilled everywhere. Oh my god. The list goes on! Do not go here!! Gross!!!

This place is awful. Extremely unprofessional teenage children working, hanging out with their friends disregarding customer’s needs. If they’re all going to hang out in the back office they should close the door. The place used to be clean and it is now just dirty with trash under the tables all throughout the day. There is no decent snack offerings and that is WHEN you can get some service to buy it. They used to have vending machines that work now depends on the day and whether they have any. Could definitely walk in without paying and no one is paying enough attention to notice.

I took my 5 year old to their round rock location this past weekend. I asked for the minimum time, and they said two hours for $14.99 plus tax. I paid for it. After my kid started to play, I went to their website and saw there is $9.99 for 90 minutes. I went to the front desk and asked for the price adjustment to 90 minutes. I was told that it doesn't matter what I saw on the website, they don't do 90 minutes. And I could not get the difference back. I asked to talk to their manager, at first I was told that the manager was not there; later I saw the manager, and the manager said $9.99 is online only, and they can't honor the online option in store. I looked at the website, it didn't say 90 minutes is online only, but the staff there refused to provide 90 minutes option per their website. Very disappointed, the website package and pricing don't matter to the staff including the manager, and the way they communicated was evasive, not mean, but not friendly or understanding, just not care.

Good trampoline park. Affordable prices. However, lately they have some spaces that need some maintenance 🛠🔨 …

I hosted a birthday party at this location recently, Overall it was not a very good experience. The play area was very crowded. There were teenagers running around and bumping into the little kids. I decided to give three stars because the pizza was good. Our hostess was not helpful at all either !!!!!
