Been going to Golds in Pflugerville in the mornings for about 3 mo now. Most of the time staff is friendly and the gym is quite clean. Disinfectant spray is offered for those who wish to cleanup after their workout. Only wish more classes were offered without the extra fee tied to it.

Been a member since 2017. I would say its been on a decline since then. Equipment has been broken for months.Definitely not what you think of if you have been to other traditional golds gyms. This is like a rebranded planet fitness.

My son is a memebee of this Golds Gym. He left something behind at the gym a few days ago and Ben at the front went above and beyond in helping us trying to locate the item. I myself was not so nice, not to forget it was 7am so i was literally the first person he had to deal with. He did a great job at turning the situation around and reminding me that there are still good people out there. Thank you Ben for your kindness it really made our day!

Employees are all cool, I usually tune people out but I find myself pausing my music to at least smile back and say hiAlso, I LOVE the powerlifting platform.My only wish would be to be open 24hrs or at 5AM every day instead of weekdays. Not a huge deal.The environment is more important and the people and patrons are good so far

Friendly and courteous staff, but the facility is in terrible shape. Cardio and weight machines have been broken for months. Men's bathroom is always filthy. Can't blame COVID-19 on this poor facility. 2-27-22 gym has no toilet paper. This is unacceptable. Close the doors if you do not have essentials. This place is freaking clueless!!!

The toilets in the woman's restroom are always fxcking broken. Been going almost a year and the toilets are automatic flushing only but it is such a pain to actually get them to flush. On top of that the machines break all the time. The standing calve machine has been broken for months. Begging you guys to just fix the stuff.OTHER THAN THAT, staff members are absolutely wonderful!

The staff at the gym is like no other Gold's I've ever visited! Always cordial, even more than that - encouraging. 👌🏼 They remember me, they pump me up. Never let them go! Especially Jazmyn (saved the day today!), Benjamin, and of course Philip 🏆 I won't go to any other gym.They make the experience, every single time.

Been going for two weeks, been asking since 1st day if I could bring my nephew as a guest in order to motivate him so I could pay for his membership. Gym is offering free guests until March 31st so I decided to bring my nephew with me and they asked me to sign a liability form and of course we did! Guy in front desk decided my nephew and his father had to have a membership in order for me to workout with my nephew AS AN INVITED GUEST (when they are offeringfree workout). Totally discouraging and disappointing not the best gym attitude specially towards the kiddo I do have to say was only today 3/26/22 because the past two weeks EVERYBODY has been kind and welcoming but this morning none of the representatives of gold's gym where neither welcoming or encouraging.

The staff at Gold’s Gym Pflugerville are top notch. They strive to make it a great experience for gym goers, and it shows. The way they recently rearranged the equipment is excellent, it feels more spacious and open (and makes it much easier to get a workout done). Love this gym!
