I came by and signed up during their opening. I was explicitly told by sales staff I could cancel at any time and that I was on a month to month with no contract period. However, upon trying to cancel I was informed, by the manager, this …

I've been a loyal client to Gold's Gym for years and referred them many of friends as a new member and hardly seen a personal trainer that was very disrespectful at other location as this location. I was using one of the shoulder bench and I step away to do my other exercise, even tho I had my stuffs there and she saw it. she just tooked my phone tossed it and it hit the floor instead of lay it nicely on my gym bag. if I didn't have a phone case, It might of broke it. I could of been an ass to her in front of her client but I'm a better person than that so I just left and went and tried to talk to the manager but he was in a meeting . She didn't even apologize to me even tho I was standing next to her. I would of aspected this kind of disrespectful thing coming from people that working out there not the worker. I never said no to anyone that wanted to work in if they ask me if they saw me using the equipments because I understand we all need to share and paid the gym membership but the trainer didn't even asked me if she could use it for her client. I would never again refer anybody anymore and maybe thinking about dropping Gold's Gym membership and find somewhere else to work out. The Pflugerville location was great because it was conviently closer to my house and its new but I starting to dislike it because of the personal trainer being disrespectful to the gym member.

Great gym! Only one downfall. There's no baseball court. We love that the gym is located less then 5 mins from our home but my husband loves to use the baseball court and unfortunately this location doesn't have one so at time it leaves us having to travel further to the hesters crossing location for the bball court. Otherwise, plenty of equipment, not that crowded...YET...always kept clean! Love love love that there's a sauna in the ladies locker room! Genus idea! Staff is always friendly and ready to help! Classes are AWESOME...BODYPUMP WHOOP...Overall...great place to get a good sweat on! 😀

So far I have been to this Gold's gym a few times. I have really enjoyed the classes and the instructors have been incredibly friendly. I also feel the gym seems to be quite clean and not too busy during the times I have gone.

Have been paying since October of last year, never even walked through the door until June. I went in to cancel and to ask for a refund for the time I'd been paying and not using. I hadn't been able to get by until then due to personal reasons I shared with them. The manager gave me a "free" month and cancelled my membership. I'm still going to have to pay out my membership and that "free" month just extended my payments by a month. How is that considered free?!?!

Just opened in last quarter of 2016. Has swimming pool. Cleanliness is 10 out of 10. Front desk staff could be friendlier when checking in and leaving. Even when they are not busy they never look up from the computer scteen. Not a big deal to me because im there for my health but for other members, a warm welcome and goodbye would be nice. Have a great workout!

I am frustrated with their inconsistency in applying policies. I have been taking my 12 yo son for the last few months once a week using a 1 day pass. I have never been told that for liability reasons he could not come in. I enjoyed time with my son and have been teaching him good gym etiquette and healthy habits. Today all of a sudden am told he can't come in under a 1 day pass unless he is a full member due to liability reasons. I think that is a cheap excuse just to force me to get him a full membership. I have been a Gold's gym member for over 20 years. This is insulting and infuriating. I am going to look elsewhere.

Poor customer service at front desk. There's no need for you to make me wait until you're done with your phone call to then take my keys that are attached to my water bottle and scan my code. Keep your hands to yourself and I can scan my own while you take another complaint over the phone. This gym would be great if you had a personality and just left the scanners on the counter like everyone else. And the employee I'm talking about is a young lady in her early 70s.

Went in to workout and it was cold inside, staff would not adjust the heat. When it's 42 outside and the gym has been open 3 hours the inside should be warmer than 60. Staff member told be to "go sit in the Sauna", and " work out harder to warm up". Showers had very little water pressure and of course the fans in the already cold facility where on high in the dressing room making it even more uncomfortable. Rude staff and uncomfortable facility will ensure I never return...

All new equipment at this new Gold's Gym. The layout of the gym leaves lots of space. While the parking lot seems like the place is crowded when I get inside i have not had to share a piece of equipment with somebody else yet. The classes seem very good, though I haven't used them. Very friendly staff at the front desk. The personal trainers are knowledgeable and helpful.
