Maldonado ATA Martial Arts

Maldonado ATA was exactly what I was looking for for my son. He enjoys his classes so much, that I decided to join. Training is well rounded and balanced. Great family feel, which I love for my family.

I am very impressed with the Maldonado Family and the friendly staff at Maldonado ATA | Taekwondo. They have a strong ability to reach young kids, teens and adults while keeping everyone wanting to come back for more. We truly loves the active pace, personal instruction and the clean and modern dojo. The team of instructors may not always realize it but they provide skills and life lessons that everyone will use throughout their life. I highly recommend to give Taekwondo a try at Maldonado ATA!

Very professional environment with outstanding customer service.The instructors are patient and provide construct reinforcement to correct behavior or address skill deficiencies. I highly recommend ATA to any parent who wants to get their kid in martial arts.

My son has been attending for 6-8 weeks and LOVES coming to class. He has so much fun and is growing more confident. It is clear that the instructors love teaching. I wish I could give more stars!

We started at Maldonado ATA last month and couldn't be happier. My son is 5 and to.say he obsessed is an understatement. He counts down the days before "it's Taekwondo day!" The staff is so welcoming and helpful and the facility is super clean. We love it!

Maldonado Martial Arts is a fantastic place for kids and parents, alike. My son has been attending classes there for the past 2.5 years. Every staff member and Instructor is top notch and is passionate about what they are doing. They make martial arts challenging yet fun. They have also taken many precautions during the past 9 or so months of COVID.

My family has been part of Maldonado ATA for nearly 5 years. Watching my daughters learn life lessons and gain confidence while doing something they love is a rarity. Since joining, my wife and I have seen our daughters transform from timid pre-teens to compassionate, strong leaders, and the transformation has been priceless.What sets Maldonado ATA apart from other places we have attended is the family feeling one gains as soon as you walk in the door (litterally owned and operated by the whole Maldonado family). Another thing we as a family feel is important is having female staff there that gives little girls something to look up to, as well as sparring partners for the older teen and adult ladies.

The staff are amazing. Every time we go people greet us by name, and the instructors genuinely care about the kids which is super important to us. The curriculum is great. Its been wonderful to watch our daughter learn, and to change as a person. The only reason for the 4 stars is that when we initially asked how much it was a month we were given a 6month and 12month pay option. No problem. However, we found out about more expenses like equipment and testing. Nothing outrageous. However, I feel this should have been presented in a more clear manner up front so we weren't surprised. I would like to end by saying that despite that one gripe everything else has been amazing. We would highly recommend Maldonado. They really do try to make it a family environment!

The Maldonado family and their staff have been so helpful and welcoming since we have joined their school! My child is usually shy and tends to hold back, but the environment and staff have made him so comfortable and you would have never known that he is shy! We can see his confidence, sportsmanship, and leaderships growing already!

My 4-year-old son started class in October. He loves going to class every week! Martial arts is an excellent way for us to introduce structure and discipline. The instructors are so patient with the Tiger group. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have done a great job of keeping the facility clean and safe for everyone. It's been fantastic to see the growth in such a short time. He has a belt test coming up and our son is excited to move up to the new belt.
