Maldonado ATA Martial Arts

My four year old has been attending classes for a little over two months and we love it!The instructors and staff are phenomenal! They all have incredible enthusiasm and passion which the kids pick up on.My child is very enthusiastic and high energy, and they do a great job of handling him without diminishing his enthusiasm.

I always had a hard time working out alone. Motivation is a big thing for me and having martial arts to look forward to at the end of the week keeps me going. I practice all week and love seeing my growth and improvement each class I go to. Makes it worth it. I strongly recommend for anyone who wants to be part of a team, work out, or have something exciting to look forward too each week. I look forward to what I can achieve in my time being here.

Maldonado ATA Martial Arts Has been amazing over the past year creating a safe and inclusive environment. Beyond that, my daughter has been a student for over 4 yrs, I can honestly say that she is an amazing 13yr old (confident, honest, kind, respectful) in a large part to the Maldonado family!! They are an amazing family and we are blessed to be a part of this school.If you’re reading this review, give the Maldonado family a chance to earn your trust. I promise, you won’t regret it. I enrolled my grandson, Lincoln, into the Tigers class at Maldonado Martial Arts and he loves it. I was a bit skeptical at first as Lincoln is only 4 and I thought that may be too young. After the first class my worries were gone. The staff does a fantastic job of keeping the children focused and on task.They are a family oriented business that puts an emphasis on respect and self-discipline. I enjoy watching Lincoln train and seeing how much fun he is having and knowing that he is learning important skills and lessons at the same time.. They stay busy the entire class and there is a huge focus on physical fitness. The kids are getting into shape and having a great time while doing it.I highly recommend Maldonado Martial Arts to anyone who is looking to get into shape and learn new self-defense skills at the same time. They do a fantastic job with the kids and integrate respect for self and others into the training. This school is just off the charts good.

The entire staff at Maldonado ATA are amazing!! Our son is learning valuable life skills in a friendly safe environment. There’s a real sense of community you can feel. From the staff to the parents to the students, everyone is supportive and positive. We’ve been members for over a year and we absolutely love it! So much so that my dad is now a member! It’s never too late to try something new! They are also a business that gives back to the community which is important to our family. If you’re on the fence go check out a class. You won’t be sorry!

Definitely 5 stars and I wish I could give a sixth. We have been incredibly pleased with our experience at Maldonado ATA. The instructors are patient with the kids and passionate about their role. Each kid brings a different set of skills and challenges for the instructors. Despite the differences, the instructors are able to transition easily and effectively. No kid is marginalized, regardless of skill level. The instructors are also always providing positive feedback. Such a great place to learn the discipline of Martial Arts.

Update - We've been training here for over four years now, and I still can't say enough good things about this place. The positive family atmosphere keep both me and my now teenage son coming to classes and continuing to advance in martial arts. Still love this place!3 years ago - Love this place! It's a family-owned business, and the Maldonado's are very knowledgeable and great with kids (from the little tigers to teenagers). They've been positive and enthusiastic during every class we've attended. They also have adult classes, but one great things they recently added were family classes - I've started taking classes with my son now which he thoroughly enjoys since he's a higher rank than I am. My son can't wait to go to any of their classes! Highly recommend them!

We just moved from california.I found Maldonado ATA Martial Arts school for my daughter to continue her martial art training.My daughter really enjoyed her free trial class . It's a pleasure to see her getting excited about her classes.The instructor was farm with the class but made it enjoyable. The instructor take extra time to instruct,correct,and encourage new students . All the students are very helpful also. I can see that she is improving so much.We would highly recommend this place to others.

Our son has been a part of the Maldonado ATA family for over 2 years now. I have seen his confidence grow tremendously during this time. The staff and the other families training are amazing and so supportive.During this pandemic Maldonado ATA has gone above and beyond for the students to stay active and keep some normalcy in their lives. They have had virtual classes and challenges throughout the year to keep it fresh and keep them motivated.I cannot wait for my daughter to start! I highly recommend Maldonado ATA.

My son started classes here 2 years ago and loved it so much that we enrolled our daughter too. The instructors are amazing with the kids and are very patient with them. We are so thankful to have found Maldonado ATA Martial Arts and would definitely recommend to everyone..
