Not 24hrs like it’s name or how they used to be. Which is why I joined years ago. Seems like they are trying to keep it clean updated and have a few new machines but the layout is a bit tight. Seeking another option unless they bring back the 24hr schedule or at least open earlier (5am) and close later (11pm)

This is my home gym. It is small, and they haven't done much to it for years. Parking can be a problem at peak hours. But it's close to home and it gets the job done.Update, they have been updating some of the equipment and I noticed that repairs on machines is going more quickly.

Been wkN out @ 24hr Fitness since 2010 l Luv it.... Also like 24hr Fitness because l travel for work and there's always a 24hr Fitness club in the city I'm in....

Great gym environment with an awesome staff. Just wish they upgrade some of the equipment and work on cleanliness specifically the bathroom. Besides that, good gym if you live by the area

Get a tetanus shot before going to any of the 24 hour fitness locations in the Sacramento area. Your staff sits on their phones and meanwhile your clubs are FILTHY. Planet fitness is supposed to be lower end but at least they are clean.

This gym is near my parents house so ho here a few times a year when visiting. It is small, sometimes crowded and the interior is dated. But with that being said, the staff is always very nice and the place has a nice local vibe. They also just installed two new squat/deadlift racks that is amazing quality and had bumper plates.
