This gym is very quaint and personable. The towels and coffee are lovely amenities. The gym is clean and the staff are friendly. I love the yoga classes as the instructors are very good. I was a member for over a year before I actually started using my membership. Now I faithfully go no less than four days per week and what a difference it has made in my life.

The gym itself is very nice and so are the staff at the branch. However the company itself has the worst customer service of any gym I've been to. I would NOT recommend signing any contracts with this organization. Lost sleep over how awful the corporate office's customer service is.

This gym is up and down. If you want a good gym this is not it. If you want something to do for an hour then it is. No real updates to the faculty except paint. Broken equipment constantly. This week, the gym has three treadmills downstairs with all three being "out of service." Kids sitting at the front desk doing homework instead of helping keep the gym clean and organized. Broken and bent dumbbells in no order even though they are numbered in numerical order. Finally they let anyone do anything. Old men cat call and stare harassing younger females, guys walking around shirtless. Absolutely a joke. This why I would go to Laguna or a completely different gym in the Land Park area.

Normally I love my Zumba classes at Calfit however lately, with the more popular instructors it has been uncomfortably crowded. Management needs to limit class size so that the participants are more at ease and less likely to hiss at eachother and be less territorial about their dance space. This morning was over the top angry due to the crowding. Wrist bands and limit amout of participant registration please!

Not as clean as Freeport. To boxie. Staff very nice.
