California Family Fitness - Greenhaven

I been to so many fitness places through out my life but California family fitness is one true family fitness place. Staff is always polite, resources and helpful. If you have a upgraded membership then you can visit any location in Northern California. They have all kind of equipment. They do offer series of group classes through out the day right before Covid. I used their pool, spa and racket ball rooms quite often. Their offer great discounts for students and families. If you are new to cal fit, take a 7 day free pass and give it a shot. I am sure you love it.

A little small but has an old school vibe to it which gives it character.

Always friendly and helpful the staff and instructors. And you can easily make new friends with other people in classes!

Hidden gem, one of the chillest gyms I've gone to in Sacramento. The size of it is pretty small, but its enough equipment on a friday or Saturday to get your gains or cardio in. I'd say its top 3 best california family fitness I've went to. I'd recommend it to any friends or family that want to spend a little more for a gym membership. Overall, some of the most friendliest front desk staff, easily one of the reason why I keep coming back. 😉

I was told upon entering the gym that we needed to wear masks at all times, regardless of what activities we were doing inside the gym. This is not a problem, considering they are being vigilant about precautionary measures against COVID-19.Two guys in the weight area were not wearing masks. A staff member cleaning equipment walked past them a few times without saying anything to them about the mask rule. At one point, he was cleaning the machine directly next to them and still said nothing. I notified the front desk and waited about 5 minutes. Nothing was done. As I was heading out, the front desk staff asked me whether or not they had put masks on yet.I was a little flabbergasted. Isn't this something that should have been adressed at the time she was notified? Also, the staff member cleaning next to the guys should have said something since he could see them clearly.I really like the layout and location of the gym. I enjoy coming here. I didn't feel particularly comfortable with the situation I experienced today. They seemed so proactive at the front desk but did not do enough on the floor, where most of the members are.

I love our gym and the clientele is decent.

Inside spa has been broken for months now. Too cold to use outside pool or spa. Disappointed.

Nice .. older facility .. quiet neighborhood .. Nice staff .. always clean. Best kept secret in Pocket area.
