This is the dirtiest and most un-kept planet fitness I have ever been to. No towels or spray to wipe down equipment so nobody does it. Makes you wear masks but they dont let you clean your machines. Backwards.

Nice place but sometime the staff will say hello and enjoy your workout and other time a head nod. When you leave, some say have a wonder day and other, good bye. But no different from other gyms I been too.

This gym is showing it's age. Many pieces of equipment are failing repeatedly. I joined and pay for black card membership for the hydro massage but it's broken half the time or fails during use.I might downgrade to the basic membership because the extra feature i use isn't usually working. They work hard to keep it clean but overlook replenishing the soap in the bathroom sometimes. If you are looking for an alternative to the way overpriced 24 Fitness this is it even with the negatives i mentioned.

The gym and staff are awesome. Very professional. But you have to be careful in where you park. And keep all belongings with you because my friend had her car broken into. So be very cautious of the surroundings and keep an eye out if you yourself see any suspicious activity in the parking lot. This has happened between 7-7:30 A.M.

Stopped by the club to explore and inquire about a membership. Was impressed. Club was very clean all the machines were in good working condition. Was assisted by a Michelle who was very professional in giving a tour of the facility and explaining all the machines. It's nice to see a gym that cares about its appearance and cleanliness and has staff members who are quick to help with smiles on their faces. Excited to be a member.

Equipment is newer than most other gyms in the area. Don't appreciate the company as a whole, but decent place to work out if you're not lifting. They have a lot more core workout machines than I've seen at any other gym. Check out their 30 minute Express Circuit!

I called their customer service line to get help with cancelling my membership. They said they were able to cancel my membership over the phone but that was in january, they are still continuously charging me and I have just now discovered to cancel your membership, you have to fill out a form at the one you applied to OR fill out the form and MAIL it to them. This is extremely inconvenient and I have been told that I would be able to cancel over the phone which was a direct lie to my face costing me around $100 since then. I'm really unsatisfied with how this situation was handled.

*Update*I wanted to update my review since over the last few months it seems that Planet Fitness has really made an effort so all members can have a "no intimidation" experience. Some people will always behave poorly, but instances have been greatly reduced since staff has taken a more proactive response. Also, the new trainer has been amazing! I've been out of the gym for the last month, but I was enjoying her classes so much I really want to get back into it!So this gym prides itself on "no intimidation," unfortunately, intimidation has been my experience most of the times I've gone. I joined because they had two circuits for member use - this is what I was looking for because I have little time to work out but am trying to get healthy again after having a kid, a stressfull job situation, and some health issues. It is impossible to use the 30 min circuit or the ab circuit due to people getting in the way - while there are many who hog the machines, you also have to deal with those who are looking for a place to take a break and use social media. I wouldn't mind if they moved when they saw someone getting near the machine, but they don't and frequently refuse to move when asked. I've only been a member since 11/2018, and I've had a confrontation almost every time I have been there...and trust me, I haven't been there often because I don't look forward to the drama I'll have to face to try to work out. Yes, the staff will deal with the situation but only if you complain that someone is an issue...so after things have already escalated. I guess since people here love to behave badly, the only recourse is to post someone at the door to insure that procedures are being followed. That sucks, but I shouldn't have to have an argument with people in order to use equipment in a way I was told could upon sign up.UPDATE: Thank you for the reply from the owner. I did go in the next day about 10:30 am, only to have the exact same experience. This time with two seperate guys, who completely ignored the older woman who was working out and 1. refused to move when I spoke up on her behalf and 2. moved, though it took him a couple cycles. I brought this up at the front desk where it was confirmed that this is a persistant problem. met the woman who teaches the class, who invited me to attend one of her sessions so it wouldn't be an issue. I appreciate that, but now it means I can't work out on my schedule - I can only work out the two days a week that she works evenings, and only if I can get there in time for the class. I left the YMCA because I wanted greater flexibility, but it seems like I'm even more restricted now. Frustrating when I really want to get back in shape again. Even sadder: the older woman asked me if I was afraid of "making enemies" and said she's too worried about causing trouble to ask anyone to yield to her.

Clean but, It's full of creeps hogging machines in the 30 minute work out room. It smells like marijuana and cigarettes, so sad. I shouldn't have signed up. I completely regret it. This place doesn't feel safe!
