At first I was in love with this location, staff are very friendly and cool, but nowadays they are allowing a lot of homeless people and they don't even work out, they just do inappropriate things in the restrooms and lockers. I hope PF start taking action of it.

Update 8/19/22. From 1 to 4 stars. They cleaned up the parking lot, have better managers, staff is friendly and attentive. I am not using the locker room after my last experience, though they did offer to replace my lock. Thanks PFOriginal Review:Lock cut in the locker room and my credit cards were stolen. Lots of broken glass in the parking lot, doesn’t seem safe. Locker room trash on the floor, and people seemed to be hanging out in there. I don’t know maybe because it was Saturday? I like this place, but be careful, don’t lock up anything of value and leave most everything else at home.

The staff is always friendly, it's a very non judgemental environment the bathrooms are always clean and the gym overall is always clean.

This place is ran by a group of disrespectful young kids...If you have ANY ISSUES with the gym and bring it up?They will do their best to revoke your membership for a made-up..reason.. friend of mines wallet was stolen there...and their management had something to do with it they way they covered for their employes mistakes. When you ask questions about thing they can't answer...they revoke your memebership...Really lame place

Very nice and clean gym. Pretty big tooPeak hours are 530pm- 930pm want to avoid these hours bc there is limited equipment to use.

I given5 stars bc the employee Jackie was so informative and very helpful. She was patient in helping out with setting up my app with them. I will definitely refer my family and friends here, and the price for a 24/7 gym is impressive

I don't know if I'll plan a fitnesses are the same. But this one was 89% treadmills stair steppers and other cardio equipment. Almost no weight lifting equipment. Unless you're looking for a cardio workout I don't know about this place. I have a month to figure it out.

I joined Planet Fitness today and had a wonderful experience with Sales Associate Kevin. He is extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I am giving him five stars. I thanked him for advising me on the best location to park. I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend anyone to speak with Kevin. He really assisted me through the sign up process.My sister would like to give Josh a five star review for assisting her.

Overall good experience when compared to franchises in the Bay Area. The facility is kept clean for the most part with the bathroom stalls being the main area that needs some improvement. Been coming for a couple of weeks and haven’t regretted signing up at this particular location.

I can't give a justifiable rating at this time. I will however say that the online sign-up as well as app down load is made quite easy. The Black Card to use at any PF is just above $20 per month.
