Comfortable to get used to this gym. Friendly and clean environment. Equipment is easy to use, especially in combination with the QR codes on machines that show instructions on how to use. I haven’t used all the amenities yet, just machines and weights.

So as I was working out on the calf press machine, one of my ear buds popped out and fell inside the machine in a small narrow hole. I was determined to get it out but it wasn't until I asked for help from Josh that the gears started moving. He went above and beyond and then so did his manager, Crystal, to remove panels from the machine using tools so that I could get my one ear bud. Being embarrassed, they made the whole ordeal as normal as possible and totally didn't ha e yo go above and vetoed to help me get one ear bud but they did. That was awesome service and males me feel more welcome than I already didGood job!

Always busy and now they have teenagers in gym holding all Machines you can’t workout on weekdays. They need more benches and more weights and space.

The day staff is awesome!! Night staff however can definitely use some work. Overall clean with a decent amount of machines to use. The manager is pretty nice too!

The machines are clean and in good working order. You clean them before and after you use them so it helps prevent germs and Covid-19. Friendly staff and members. The Hydrobed is a favorite of mine.

It's ok when you go in to work out. But if you try to cancel to leave, you have to do it multiple times. And if your not paying attention they will over charge you.Update: I had to call 3 times in order to get a confirmation email sent to me. Terrible training for customer service. One thing I can say is everyone I spoke to was very polite.

I realized in May that they started charging my card again for my gym membership I hadn’t been using since Covid started. They have been charging me since March. Made it extremely difficult to cancel through mixed messages Over the phone. Then when I asked for a refund for may I was told I didn’t cancel soon enough. This place can pound sand. Won’t return ever.

Clients seemed more ghetto at the Stockton St location BUT personnel was far more polite and inviting PLUS all of the massage tables and chairs where operational. The Mack Rd location hasn't had the working since 3 days after the upgrade to black special they lured me in with expired.

I've never seen front desk people at a gym look all out of shape it's completely embarrassing. Was completely confused not one Employee was in Shape not one wow. If you're really serious about working out don't go to this Gym.Lol no judgements STOP IT 🤣 HOW ARE YOU OUTTA SHAPE WORKING AT A GYM THINK ABOUT THAT CONCEPT FOR A MINUTE 😆 😂
