It's a popular location, but I personally have always preferred the one on N. Davis Rd.

Fly infestations, mold in the bathroom, Sauna is filthy smells Like someone’s butt crack Roof leaks ,and broken equipment for months weights scattered all over the effing building takes you 20 Minutes to set your self up before your work out are just a few reasons for complaints, however, crime and security issues are also major causes for concern for not signing up at this gym . I’m surprised no one has complained or notified OSHA about several safety ,and health issues in your facility 👎

As mentioned previously the biggest problem is some people do not respect others. It starts with not re-racking weights and of course that snow balls form there. By the time the evening rolls around the weights are scattered everywhere. I cannot fault management for this as it seems to be more due to the behavior of the clientele. There are also many that do give effort and try to respect others.

I’ve been a member for several years now and I’m really considering on cancelling my membership. In the past, I’ve always seen one particular front desk clerk re-rack weights and dumbbells, however, since he left the company, I’ve noticed that the racks always seem to be empty. I also began to notice many of the staff, not all, just socializing with their coworkers rather than being productive. To top it off, there has been an increase number of machines going out of order and it’s taking a long time for them to be addressed, which is starting to get real frustrating. If I don’t see some changes soon, I may just have to sign up elsewhere.

I am going to get his name next time (so I may post and share along with his picture), but every time I go with my two boys (we all have memberships) this white man always questions us to the point he wants to see ID’s even though they have their pictures in your system... so annoying none of your other employees do this except this guy makes me think he motivated to ask because of our ethnicity!! Other than this low IQ-employee, everything else is pretty good at this club!
