I had a great PT session with Michael at the Fitness Connection West location. He was very personable, knowledgeable and listened to my areas of concern. I left our session feeling accomplished and fit lol. Now the next morning I definitely felt the burn, but it was a good pain to remind me I put in work. Definitely recommend getting in a few sessions with Mike if you’re looking for a trainer.

My son got a 5 day pass to check out the gym and it’s amenities. The staff have given him a hard time using it for 2 days. I called today and spoke to a club manager who ensured that he wouldn’t have an issue, but it obviously still remains a problem. If they do not want to honor the 5 day pass, then why offer it? It’s unfortunate that customer service is not a focus or even a consideration.

Extremely personable & properly trained staff. James Laurent the GM hired amazing people Including Becky Nunez & James Raymond. As a prior employee here I really enjoyed working with my team & it was a completely different shift of atmosphere than working for the south park location.

The equipment was actually great and got a good workout in but the customer service is where they need to really improve. They did not honor the five day pass that was promised to me by one of staff. They gave me a hard time while trying to clear the situation. The manager was rude and dismissive. I wouldn’t suggest getting a pass to see if you like the gym because it’s obvious they just want you to sign up for a membership.
