Amazing gym, I’ve only been here for three weeks but it’s been amazing, the conditioning is good and I’ve noticed a lot of improvement in myself in the short time I’ve been here with motivation and the way I go about life. It teaches discipline and hard work and has helped me a lot so far, the coaches seem hard on the outside but are very supportive and nice, they treat you with respect, you get what you put in. This is a challenging but fun gym to be in honestly recommend to anyone who’s interested in getting a good workout or boxing in general.

What I think about this boxing gym is that it is a good gym and I feel like the people here and the coach’s understand you and they are nice and I feel like they can help you with your health and your fitness. This gym is the best gym I went to so far every one has started how you did. And they will do there best on helping you.
