Excellent gym if you want to learn boxing or further your boxing knowledge. You will train under the best coaches around. The workouts are tuff and are meant to help you be a better in the ring. Highly recommend for anyone, no matter the age. More importantly, the coaches are great people and treat everyone like we are a big family.

My son has been here a few months and we already feel like family and not just with the coaches as soon as you step in this Gym you get that family vibe. My son loves being there and i wouldn’t want him anywhere else. Great coaches great kids and an all around great environment!
