As an amateur fighter i've been to a few different gyms and C&F is by far the best gym i've been to, from the jump they treated me like family and showed me love. They run a good stable program for kids and let them go at their own pace. If you wanna fight you gonna get that WORK, trust. Come through and sign up you won't regret it.

My husband has been training at this gym for about a year and all of the coaches and staff have been really supportive and have help him hone his skills with all of their knowledge and patience. You can tell everyone has a drive and passion for what they do and they genuinely care about all of the fighters in the gym. Would definitely recommend for seasoned fighters and beginners.

Awesome gym. Feels like a home where everyone respects each other and only love is shown. Coach Sunny and Albert push you to get proper condition and the correct workouts. The mentality and discipline one receives from here is a blessing. You also learn that patience, dedication & time leads to the best results; nothing should be rushed.
